Areum's POV

I woke up because of the sound of the alarm. Gosh it only seemed like I slept for 30 mins. Why does time fly so fast.

I stood up from bed and walked towards the bathroom until I felt something under my feet. I looked down and I saw that damn letter again. But I'm not kidding it really smells. I didn't mind it and headed towards the bathroom.

"Areum? Come down now! You'll gonna be late! Jiyoon said that she needs to go to school early so she left without you."

I heard mom said. Oh gosh, Jiyoon already left? One more thing I hate the feeling of walking alone. It makes me feel lonely.

"Omma? Did you prepared my lunch already? I need to go, I might catch Jiyoon on the way."

"Yes, its in the kitchen counter. Please eat your breakfast in school ok? Don't let yourself starve!"

"Ne! Omma I'll go ahead! See you later! Love you bye!"

I headed towards the door and started walking. If you're wandering "hey you're rich! Why don't you drive?" Well my mom said that walking can serve as my exercise every morning.

I was like one forth away from school when I felt someone staring. I looked from left to right but I only saw people minding their own business. I looked back and saw that Jeon kid. Yes! Someone I can walk with!

The moment I saw him, I ran and place myself beside him. I smiled of course.

"Hello! I'm your seatmate on history, do you remember?"

But I didn't get any answer. He just blankly stared at me. But once again I shrugged it off and smiled.

"I'm Park Areum. I'm sorry but I only know your surname, so mind telling your name?"

I saw him smirk and said

"Jungkook, Jeon Jungkook. Dont forget that, and lock your window every night. Someone might visit you tonight."

I looked at him confused but I didn't mind. Maybe he's one of those weird kids everybody knows.

We were half way from school when I saw a cafe. I suddenly remembered what mom said. I better eat.

"Hey Jungkook? Can we stop over that cafe? I haven't ate breakfast yet"

Again no answer but he just kept staring until he pulled me towards the cafe. Sweet aroma of coffee welcomed us. Wow.

I walked towards the counter happily until I noticed Jungkook is not following so I pulled him and ordered something.

"Do you want something?"

I looked at him and it surprised me that he was already staring back.

"I don't know the foods here"

I smiled once again and gave him a thumbs up.

"Ms? We would like to have two orders of americano and two orders of large cheese cakes."

"That would be 7,000 won ma'am"

I was about to pay but a hand stopped me and a bill was already placed into the counter. I looked up and saw Jungkook holding my hand. He pulled it down and unknowingly intertwined it.

I looked at him with curiosity but he just smirked. I tried pulling my hand but he just tightened it.

"Jungkook, yah what are you doing? Let go. Don't tell me you already like me. Hahahahaha"

I laughed like a maniac but he didn't even bulge. As always he looked blank.

"Stop smiling"

That made me frown

"Yah you're too serious I'm only joking. Can you atleast smile?"

"My smile is exclusive only for the girl I love so you better wait."

Again curiosity lingered around my head. Gosh he sure is weird, but in a good way.

"Miss? Here's your order. Two orders of Americano and two orders of Large Cheese cakes. Thank you and come again!"

I smiled at the cashier and grabbed our orders. We headed back to our way to school while eating cheese cakes.

"Uhmm? Jungkook? Can you let me go now? I can't move."

I looked into our intertwined hands and back at him. Then he slowly let go.

We arrived at our school but I notice a group of students standing infront of the bulletin board. And because of my always curious mind I pushed myself in and got to the front. That is when I found something horrifying. Ms Kim's body full of blood while parts of her body are burnt. It was a horrofying sight but when I laid my eyes into it, I remembered something.

The letter from last night. It was burned and dried blood can be seen in some parts of it. It has the same state like what Ms Kim's body was.Is it connected to JJK?
