Following the events that transpired Emma didn't like to think about how all of a sudden she came to be in this position exactly but a part of her had convinced her that she was doing the right thing. But if she had listened to everyone else in Storybrooke she wouldn't be doing any of this but then again she didn't know what would have happened Killian if she hadn't of decided to see personally that Hook got the help he needed to get better without it being hindered by the many residents of Storybrooke.

Shocked out of her own thoughts Emma was startled as she heard the coughing and choking coming from the living room area of her apartment. Taking in a deep breath she turned around on heels and headed to the direction of the noice inside her apartment. Kneeling down in front of the couch her eyes flayed onto the half concious Captain Hook that laid on her couch. She could sense his pain as he continued to screw up his face which he had half hid from her. Taking her hand she put her hand gentily on the side of his face as she tried to pull his head back from the edge of the couch, she had put him on her couch laid out flat in an attempt to keep him as comfortable as possible considering his wound. "shhh - shhh" she let out of her lips, hoping to calm him down a little but it wasn't exactly working because he was still mumbling something which Emma couldn't quite put together. Moving her hand back as his head now laid straight she decided now would be a good time to change the dressing on his wound which was half way down his stomach on the right hand side. So she hurried back to the kitchen and within minutes she was back again and he was once again mumbling something instead of trying to understand him she was concentrating on untieing his shirt to expose the dressing around his wound.

Once Emma had better access to his wound she began peeling back the dressing and removing the blood filled bandage as she placed it on the coffee table behind her. She was once again kneeling besides the couch so just placed the dressing on the table and swung back round and took a deep breath as she looked at the knife wound to his stomach. "okay you can do this - you have seen worse" she merely whispered to herself as she tried to train herself to just clean the wound and re-dress it so that she could be done with what she was currently seeing. As she had cleaned the wound she pressed down as she applied the new dressing on top of his wound, trying to be gentle enough not to cause him too much pain but enough pressure that the dressing would stay in place. As she had taped the dressing in place she once again noticed the mumbling but all of a sudden it wasn't so much mumbling that she was hearing anymore. it was a name. "milah" he cried out. Moving back quickly she closed her eyes for a second. Feeling as though she was intruding on his thoughts or something she shouldn't have. Once again she heard the mumbling and cries for his long love Milah and she just watched him carefully.

Emma didn't know if she was just now noticing this as she looked up at his face finally or if he had been watching her all along he seemed to let out a sigh as their eyes met. He slowly brought his left arm up to reach her face, "my love" he said in hitched breaths. Emma waited, should she have removed his hand from her face or should she have said something to him when she was surprised to hear what he said next. "milah you saved me". Emma just froze, not expecting to hear that at all, Despite his calling out her name in his half-conciousness. she didn't for a second think he might be confused in this state until now but as her heart sunk suddently upon realizing he was calling out for her. She had no time to respond as his hand slipped and fell and so did his eyes as he once again fell into a sleep.
