You wouldn't know what it's like to feel like you're important, for the very first time. Maybe, it's because you're not a demigod. Ever since I became one, I ... I don't know, I guess I just feel like now ... I belong. Ever since Dad left it was like a part of me was taken away. I ran away and looked to the forest for comfort. Sometimes when I needed Mother I'd talk to the Moon.  Dad would tell me mother thought love is a Liars Oath Vowed Eternally. Now I know why.

"Hurry up, Dad" I say giggling. Me and my Dad were hiking up a hill. We loved the outdoors, every chance we get we'd go camping , fishing, swimming, it was fun. My Dad was muscular and very handsome with sea blue eyes, and suave black hair, all the women wanted him , but he'd say a thousand times " Only your Mum, The best woman I could hope for " And he'd smile thoughtfully, nodding, like he was assuring himself. "Coming, Rose!" He called me that because he says that is his favorite flower and the most beautiful. I beamed,  he would always beat me up the mountain, but now as I got older I started to beat him.  

"You know, I'm getting old, ease up on me will ya?" He says stretching. I giggled  then I turned and gasped looking at the view below. "Breathtaking" My father breathed. "Dad, this doesn't make up for anything you know" "Oh , I was kinda hoping you wouldn't mention that" "Dad!" The whole reason why he brought me here is to make up for  telling me he was going to abandon me. He told me he was lost and he needed to "find" himself, big whoop. "Where will you go?" I wondered. "Anywhere" He says far away. " I'll miss you" I say sniffling . I disappeared in his arms he cried, I cried " Rose , Look at the moon and you will find me", he hesitated "and your mother, I love you, my beautiful Rose".

It was my first time sleeping in my cabin. Cabin 8 . A sculpture of Artemis and her bow glared down at me. How? How could that girl in the sculpture be my mother? Not to mention she swore off romantic love. A sharp knock fractured my thoughts. " Come in!" A  young girl with dark wavy hair , dark skin and hazel eyes of about 13  appeared " May I help you? " I say impatient. " You have archery, with Chiron." Curious,  I ask her name. " Shaniqua Wright, Daughter of Aphrodite" 

I followed Shaniqua to  the archery range where Angela was waiting for me. Angela nocked an arrow" Sleep well?" " Not really, You?" Angela looked away, distant" Had a bit of a nightmare"I touched my wildflower and silver bow and arrows, decorated with golden crescent moons morphed into my hands. " No  fair!" Angela says looking at my weapon. I stick my tongue out playfully and nock an arrow. " Archers to your ranks!" Chiron bellowed. We all stood in line arrows ready. A Nike girl sneered at me" Why do you even try? You're gonna lose. " No, you are" I say  with false confidence "You think you can beat me ,  well you can KISS MY QUIVER!" all our arrows shot in unison, none hit the target 'cept mine . Everyone groaned. Me and Will helped people skill . Soon it was lunch. Oh gods. that was heaven. We got golden plates and goblets. I sat at  the Apollo table, since there was no Artemis table.  They were cool. Unfortunately so did Nico because he had a "doctor note" Pfft. 

Will said it's because he's antisocial, and he wasn't wrong. He talked little and when he did, well it wasn't a joy ride." Why are the plates and cups empty?" I ask looking frantically for the buffet table.  Nico  rolled his eyes " Wish for what you want to eat and drink"" Naturally." I say feeling stubborn. I wish for fries and chicken nuggets and Sprite, No Strawberry Sprite. Instantly Bam! It's there magically! " It's there" Nico folds his arms and snorts. " Nah dip, Sherlock"

"Shut up"

" Make me"

" I will"
He didn't respond quick enough, leaving me to say.

"IDIOT!"

"BARBARIAN!"

"   GOTH BOY! "

"MISS WILD THANG!"

" GOT ANYMORE MISTER DARKNESS?" 

Will broke us up. Angry I treaded off to the woods to practice sharp shooting. Guess who  arrived not so soon after me. Nico di Angelo. No suprise. "Jeez, ya stalk me to , what next?"I say hitting a bullseye.  " You're not the only one who goes in the woods ya know" He replies blatantly. "Naw!" I say. "You're so - ahh! You're worse than Will" "Thanks" I say smirking. " Anyway I came because Chiron wants you, explanaitions or something like that" And with that he and I trudged back up to Big house.
