The hallways of the school are pretty quiet today. Probably because everyone is likely in the gymnasium waiting for the school basketball game going on right now. Meanwhile, I am waiting for my sister Aria so we can go home. Then there would be another wait for about a half hour to forty-five minutes because our mom was running late.

I sat next to my locker and quickly looked around before pulling out the tenth letter he gave me to read. I have read this letter about 20 or so times since receiving it. It was the last one he gave me but also the shortest one. It has also been a week since receiving it. Sigh...

I can't say I am not anxious. Though I am also excited to meet him as well. Every day I came to school after receiving the last letter, I anxiously waited for him but nothing happened. He said it would happen anytime but I wish he would reveal himself now. My passionate anonymous person, I wonder who could it be?

He gave plenty of clues to figure out his identity. For some, it is as simple as asking some key people. However, I choose not to pursue those answers. He went as far as to keep himself hidden from me. I shouldn't break the anonymity because I know I can. I am curious though. Very curious. There are hundreds of guys at this school who could have possibly written these letters. I would be racking my brain forever figuring out who would it be.

I held the piece of paper to my chest. All the other letters are at home in a special locked box under my bed. I will always cherish those letters. I am glad to know my passionate anonymous person is cherishing to one I gave him as well.

I really want to meet him.

"Hey, Sadie! Heeelloooooo!" a voice called out to me and disrupted my train of thought. I look up to find my little sister hanging over me. A concerned look on her face, probably wondering if I would ever get my head out of the clouds.

I calmly put my letter back in my coat jacket and stood up to face her. Aria somewhat knows about the letters I have been receiving. While she is aware of the possible secret admirer I have (which she finds so romantic) she doesn't know the contents. Knowing her she would sniff this guy out in a heartbeat with the available clues. Her curiosity would get the better of her and she would eventually spoil it for me. Then again they are also private letters so I would never let her read them no matter how close we are.

"Hey, Ari. Sorry about that. Want to hang out in the music room while we wait for Mom?" I asked as I grabbed my backpack and hauled it over my shoulder.

Aria rolled her eyes at my suggestion, "Ugh...that is so boring. Why not we go see the game going on right now?"

"Don't you have to pay for those games?" To fundraise for the teams our school charges for the tickets. The basketball team is a popular team at our school so they get many people attending those games.

"Not after halftime. Pretty much anyone can come in and watch after that point for free," she explained.

Of course, Aria would know all the tricks of the school. I guess that makes sense though. Half of the game would be finished by then. It would be a better use of our time so I agreed to it and we started heading over to the gymnasium.

When we got there the game was already going on. People were quiet as they focused on the game and cheered when their team scored. When looking at the scoreboard, I saw that our team was winning. Figures as our basketball team is pretty good from what I hear.

"Over there. Maggie is waving to us." Aria pointed to her friend in the stands and we went to sit next to her. From where we were sitting, we were a little closer to the court and we could see the players better. Maggie must have come early to get a good seat.
