that weekend, we went to the mall together. i'm not quite sure what for, but we mostly did window shopping.

and by we, i meant me squealing over everything that caught my eye yet i was too poor to buy while you stifled your laughs at how immature i was acting.

we walked around for a fairly long time before stopping by the food court for coffee.

you didn't share anything about your life, but let me tell you — you're one hell of a listener. you were so attentive when i was talking about my life story.

it felt so comfortable to talk to you even though you were my complete opposite. it was a bit strange, but neither of us minded. and it felt nice to just talk to someone whom you're not extremely close to.

after rambling about my sad existence, i insisted on listening to your story too, but you were persistent about saying no. i shrugged it off.

i was really starting to enjoy spending time with you.
