It's Okay to Feel Broken {Cielois}

Chapter Five

~~Ciel's POV~~
"Elizabeth?!" Ciel yelled in surprise as he jumped out of bed. "Why are you here?!"
"Oh, I thought I would come early so we could spend even more time together!" Oh great as if the situation with Alois wasn't bad enough. If Elizabeth ever finds out...
"You at least could've called." Ciel grumbled as Elizabeth hugged him to death.
Sebastian knocked on the door. "Master, dinner is ready."
"Thank you, Sebastian. Elizabeth let's go." Ciel and Elizabeth started walking to the dining hall. "Master will you please notify Alois it is time to eat? I need to take the food off the oven."
"Right. I'll see to it right now. Lizzie will you accompany me?"
"Sure, Ciel!" They walked towards Alois's room, Ciel trying to act as casual as possible. He couldn't think straight. Lizzie could find out about what had happened and Alois could say something. They finally arrived at Alois' room and Ciel knocked on the door.

~~Alois' POV~~
Alois opened the door to see Ciel.. with a girl clinging on to his arm?!
"Hello Alois, this is Elizabeth Midford. Elizabeth this is Alois Trancy."
"Oh, hello Elizabeth." Oh so this is Ciel's fiance. What if she finds out what happened between Ciel and I?!
"Nice to meet you too, Alois." She beamed and curtsied.
"Anyways it's time for dinner so come along, Alois." They walked downstairs and out of the corner of his eye, Alois kept seeing Ciel glance at him. Alois would return the glance, and then Ciel would look away. Finally, Alois made eye contact with Ciel. "What?" Alois mouthed. Ciel just blushed and looked away. Alois sighed, he'd just have to ask him later.
    They sat down at the dining table and ate their dinner. Elizabeth didn't stop talking and she seemed obsessed with Ciel. Alois felt a pang of jealousy and stabbed his food with his fork in annoyance. Ciel looked at him with a puzzled face. Alois just sighed and looked away.
    Once the meal was finally over, Alois retreated back to his room without a word to Ciel. About an hour later there was a knock on Alois' door. Alois mumbled come in and looked up from the book he was reading to see Ciel.
    "Hey, Alois."
    "Hey." Alois said and looked back at his book.
    "Are you okay Alois? You seem kind of down."
    "I'm fine."
    "You don't seem fine." Ciel said with a concerned look on his face. He walked his way over to Alois and sat next to him on the bed.
    "What are you reading?"
    "I don't even know, I kinda stole it from you." Alois said with a shy smile. Ciel just laughed. "That's alright I don't have time to read any of them anyways."
"It's actually really good. Well so far at least. I've only read the first chapter. I'm a slow reader because I never really learned how to read until just a bit ago. Ciel?"
"Yes?"
"Would you read it to me?"
"I'd be happy to, Alois."

"and then the... " Ciel's voice drifted off and he fell asleep. Alois was half- asleep on Ciel's shoulder but woke up completely once he heard Ciel stop reading. Alois shook Ciel awake.
"C'mon Ciel there's just one more chapter until we finish it please keep reading."
"Alois, can't we finish in the morning." Ciel grumbled.
"Pleaseeeeee?" Alois made puppy dog eyes as he begged. Ciel couldn't say no to that.
Fine." Ciel yawned and continued reading.

"The end." Ciel finished, and shut the book.
"Thank you, Ciel." Alois murmured.
"It was no problem, Alois." Ciel smiled drowsily. Both Alois and Ciel could barely keep their eyes open they were so tired.
Ciel slowly moved his shoulder from under Alois head and stood up.
"No Ciel, don't leave." Alois mumbled and tugged on Ciel's arm. Ciel just smiled.
"Goodnight Alois."
"Ciel, please stay, what if I have a nightmare?" Ciel embraced Alois.
"You won't but if you feel scared just come and get me alright?"
Alois nodded. Ciel pulled out of the hug and looked at Alois. Alois looked adorable when he was tired, and his hair was ruffled ever so slightly. Alois' eyes were the prettiest icy blue, the color of the winter sky. Ciel slowly leaned towards Alois and kissed him. Alois, who was awake fully now, kissed back. Suddenly there was a crash like noise. Ciel pulled away and looked over to see Elizabeth. Her eyes widened and she ran out of the room. Ciel dashed after her, leaving Alois alone. Alois heard shouting from the room next door and followed the noise.
"CIEL HOW COULD YOU?!" Elizabeth screamed.
"I- I" Ciel started.
"Shut up, Ciel! You cheated on me with another guy?! Good luck explaining that one to the press!"
"WHY THE HELL WERE YOU EVEN UP SO LATE?!" Ciel was yelling too now.
"I couldn't sleep so I wanted to come talk to you and I saw a light on in that room so I figured you were in there and-"
"AND WHY THE DEVIL DON'T YOU KNOCK?!"
"DOES THAT EVEN MATTER RIGHT NOW?! DO YOU REALIZE WHAT YOU'VE DONE?! ONCE EVERYONE FINDS OUT THE FUNTOM CORPORATION WON'T BE GETTING ANY BUSINESS. YOU BETTER END WHATEVER WAS GOING ON WITH TRANCY OR SAY GOODBYE TO OUR RELATIONSHIP!"
After hearing this, tears swam in Alois' eyes. He ran back to his room, wrote a quick note to Ciel, grabbed his coat, and ran away from the manor.

A/N- Sorry I haven't updated in forever and sorey this chapter was so short :/ I've written some of the next chapter though so I should be able to update again soon!
