Harry closed the front door with his foot and I quickly found myself pressed against the wall. Our kiss got even steamier, than I thought was possible.
I jumped up a little bit, and Harry immediately got the hint, putting his hands under my bottom and holding me up. Our chests were pressed together tightly, making it hard to breath. When Harry pulled away I noticed this overtaking desire in his green orbs again. For a moment we were just staring at each other. I could see every flaw on his stern, yet so beautiful face. I put my hand on his cheek lightly, touching the warm skin. It felt so soft, almost silky.
Harry didn't say anything. Just watched patiently my moves. When I was about to lean in more, to taste his lips, I heard a phone ring. It wasn't mine. It couldn't be, that means it belonged to...
"Hello?" Harry answered, a little bit annoyed at that interruption. I could hear a frantic voice from the other line, quickly saying something to Harry, but I couldn't comprehend what the voice was exactly saying. "You what?!" Harry suddenly screamed, so loud I flinched. He let go of me and I slid down the wall, surprised by his sudden movements. "How in the right fuck this could happen?!! I trusted you!!" I was growing scared. Really. Harry could easily jump from gentle to really frightening. Now was this bad side of him showing. And so I sat there. Pressed against the wall, listening to Harry's yelling voice. "Than fucking catch him! Damn it!" He screamed one last time and hung up. A heavy exhale could be heard. I didn't even realise that a single tear made its way down my cheek. I kept my gaze fixed at the floor.
"Ella?" Harry asked, probably spotting me on the floor. I finally looked up at him and his face immediately softened.
He extended his arms to me and lowered himself down, to my level. I instinctively flinched. I could see hurt that flashed through his face. "Ella I'm sorry I scared you" he reached his hand again and I flinched away. Again. "I- please don't be afraid of me. I would never, ever lay a finger on you." He declared, and his hand touched my shoulder as softly as possible. I remained still through all this time, only releasing a deep breath that was stuck in my lungs for quite a while. "I'm really sorry Ella. That you had to see this dander of mine" he said and I looked up into his genuine eyes. He was calm now, I could tell. I hesitantly wrapped my hands around his neck and rested my head on his muscular shoulder. Harry put his hand on my back, rubbing it soothingly, while his other tangled itself in my hair, scratching it as if I was a cat. But it was the best calm-down I could ask for. It was equally soothing to 'daddy special hug' and tea. "I'm sorry. My temper is really bad" he whispered against my skin. I just nodded. Than Harry stood up abruptly and took me in his arms. He lifted me up and looked around my hall, unsure.
"Up the stairs and first door on the left" I helped him, seeing his hesitation, and aldo knowing where he wanted to take me. Harry quickly climbed up the stairs and entered my room. He laid me down and climbed up behind me. And this time I didn't flinch. I wanted him to be as close as possible. Harry pulled my heavy blanket over the both of us and put his arm protectively over mine.
"Get some sleep Ella. If you happen to dream about abusive me again, I'll be there to save you from myself" he said and kissed my hair and started humming some lullaby that sounded awfully familiar, but I couldn't remember where I've heard it before. Right before my eyelids closed, something furry grazed my face. I didn't have to fully open my eyes to know it was Luna. She always sleeps with me. She's my cuddle buddy. Luna curled into a ball and closed her eyes drifting off to sleep, much like I did, with Harry pressed against my back.
