Barry exactly knew who Captain Cold was. And was not AT ALL eager to meet him. He recalled a day dedicated purely to him, The Flash Day.

He really missed the other timeline, but he would happily give up any desire for the sake of his parents.

They drove to the Central City Port.

There was a large crowd. The whole city was assembled there. There were posters of Captain Cold and the Cold Gun on all the ships. But Captain Cold wore a silvery-white colored mask.

So the people don't know who he is!

An air of thrill and enthusiasm prevailed at the port.

Barry and Tony parked the car and got off.

"COME ON CAPTAIN COLD!" Tony yelled, but his scream was suppressed by the sounds of hundred others.

A man in a brown suit stood on a small, temporary stage at the podium.

"Silence!" he ordered.

All the people fell silent at once.

"Central City was a disastrous place only five years ago. The crimes were beyond the capability of the CCPD to settle. Everything lay in chaos. But now things have changed completely.

Five years ago we saw the emergence of our God, hero, martyr... dear friend. He saved us all from the clutches of evil and helped us in the most desperate times. He defeated all the criminals and had reduced crime by an astounding rate of eighty percent! It is not any superpower he uses to save us, but his scientific knowledge. This man is the hero of Central City. This man is... CAPTAIN COLD!" the man announced.

Crackers burst in the air and there was a series of loud and thunderous applause.

Mist covered the area and when it cleared, stood another man on the stage, dressed in black and wearing a silvery-white mask... Captain Cold.

He fired his gun in the air which released icicles.

"I would now like to call upon the stage, to address us all, Captain Cold!" the man in the tuxedo said, inviting Captain Cold to address the gathering.

Captain Cold approached the podium and began his "speech" in his husky voice.

"So...umm... this is not all my effort you see."

There was an awkward silence.

"I would... err... like to thank uh... Mr.Ramon, owner of the Ramon Industries for helping me with this tech. If any credit should be given it should be given to this man.'' Captain Cold said pointing towards Cisco who smiled with pride in return.

There was a huge round of applause that followed.

This meant that Cisco had made The Cold Gun in this timeline too.

Barry remembered that Cisco didn't trust Barry in the other timeline, so kept an alternative "antidote" to defeat Barry if he ever gets out of control. But Captain Cold sneaked into S.T.A.R Labs and stole the gun. Cisco realized his mistake much later. It was his foolishness, in the other timeline, which led to the creation of a feared villain, Captain Cold.

"Not only that folks! I would even like to thank the....um... the mighty force... The Yellow Streak who has made by job loads easier. So dude, wherever you are, my deepest acknowledgements are meant for you." Captain Cold continued.

"But most of all... I would like to thank you fans. If it weren't for you guys, this... this power would have corrupted me. THANK YOU ALL!"

A loud hooting, was followed by applauses.
