I stood in the doorway of my "home", watching with my sister, Lisa, in front of me. Our older brother, Leonard, was leaving home. I could tell that my sister didn't want him to leave, I didn't want him to leave neither, but we both knew there was nothing we could do or say to keep him to stay but as I watched him walked down the street, my emotions got the best of me and I ran after him, slipping by Lisa. Having heard my footsteps coming towards him, Leonard turned around and kneeled down, stopping me.
"You have to stay here, (y/n)" he told me as he gently placed his hands on my shoulders and looked me straight in the eye.
"But I don't want to live here without you" I whimpered as I reached for the hand that was on my shoulder. He shook his head.
"You have to stay here and keep Lisa company" he said. I stared up at him as tears fell down my cheeks. He brushed his hand across my cheeks, swiping the tears from my cheeks, and kissed my forehead then got up and walked away as I stood there, watching him go, hoping I would see him again.
*20 years ago*
As twenty years passed, the hope that my brother, and now my sister, would come back grew less and less. After Lisa left, I was left all alone with out father but after a few months, I left home so I didn't have to go through anymore pain. I got through school and was part of STAR labs as a forensic scientist then became part of the flash's team. I had a good life after I left home but I couldn't help bit feel the nagging feeling in the back of my mind.
One day, I was sitting at my desk when I heard Cisco and a woman's voice in the distance. Curious, I got up and carefully walked over to see Cisco and a woman with blonde hair talking. I stood tree before Cisco noticed me were there and looked at me. The woman followed his gaze and froze when he saw you.
We stared at each other before i broke my gaze from the woman and looked at Cisco.
"Cisco, who is this?" I asked, crossing my arms.
"Um... This is Lisa Snart" he said, causing me do a double take. I looked at her, tears threatening to roll down my cheeks.
"Who are you?" she asked me, crossing her arms.
"(Y/n). (Y/n) Snart" I replied. Her eyes widened a bit. "(Y/n/n)?" She whispered, causing me to nod in response. She walked over to me and pulled me into a hug.
"I thought I would never see you again, Lisa" you whimpered as tears rolled down my cheeks. She smoothed out my hair, smiling.
"In sorry I left you" she mumbled into my hair. We stood there, hugging each other before Lisa's phone went off. We seperated, allowing her to take it out. She unlocked her phone and read a text before sighing and placed it back it in her pocket.
"I gotta go but I hope so see you around, little sis" she sighed and hugged me before walking away. Cisco looked back and forth between us with a shocked look on his face. It took him a while to snap out of it and yelled "your Lisa's sister!?". I smiled and nodded before going back to my work.
