*Pack House*

Lina's POV~

The next morning, we left the hotel with Jacob in tow. He is currently following behind us in his car, while we make our way toward our future pack. You might be wondering what I did to Leila's stank ass, well I handcuffed her hands together and locked her in the closet. Honestly, I hope she dies of starvation in there so she suffers like I did my entire life. Ultimately, she is going to hell so I guess suffering was in the plans for that stupid bitch anyway.

It was around midnight, when we finally reached our destination. After riding in a car for over twelve hours, the kids were fast asleep in the backseat. We spotted the pack house in the middle of the forest. What we didn't expect was for the lights to be on, as if they were waiting for our arrival. As we walk up to the house, we are immediately surrounded by other wolves. Their growls make us feel like we are intruders, but we stood our ground and showed no fear. A large White wolf makes his way to the front of the pack and shifts.

"State your name and your business being here."

"My name is Catalina Ramirez, this is my mate Chris and our children: Ryder, Rebecca, and Rose. We were told to come here and unite the Angel Wolves."

"I have heard about you Catalina Ramirez. That your sister is a Demon and your parents are as well. Why should we trust you? Prove you are one of us and we will let you in."

I pulled down the strap of my tank top and showed them my mark.

"See, I wouldn't lie about something as serious as this. War is coming and I understand your doubts due to my relatives, but I assure you that I am who I say I am. How else would I know of this pack, let alone the Angel Wolf species and their special abilities."

"I apologize, we were worried you might be one of those infernal Demon Wolves coming to attack us. On behalf of my pack, we offer you full acceptance into the pack for your family and friends. We also feel that you should be Alpha, only you are worthy enough to accept the position, all of its responsibilities, and the ability to lead us into battle."

The pack erupted into cheers in accepting me as their Alpha. I looked over my new pack, seeing faces both old and young, gather around us. I finally found a permanent home, where I feel protected and at peace.

~Next Day~

It was early, I knew that much. Why, because there isn't any light shining through the curtains and my children were jumping on my bed. Let me tell you, I was not a morning person. The only reason I am able to function was because I had to wake up at the crack of dawn and take care of babies. At this point, I knew I wasn't going to be able to go back to sleep. I got up and made my little urchins breakfast, but made sure to leave enough for Chris. After that, I decided it was time for me to tackle the day's Alpha duties. I dreaded the piles of paper work waiting for me in my new office, but it had to be done. I also had to set up a patrol schedule, a schedule for training sessions, and finally gather the elders and other high ranking members to create a battle plan. This is going to be a long day.

I walk into my office expecting the mountains of papers, but I saw none. Maybe someone was kind enough to do it for me, or it was just neatly filed away. I don't even care about that right now, I need to meet with the old Alpha to see if there is a certain schedule to attain. I summon him to my office in ten minutes to give him enough time to get here.

"Alpha, did you need something?"

"Yes, I did. First, what is your name?"

"My name is Malcolm. I apologize for not telling you last night in the midst of the excitement. It's not everyday a pack gets a new Alpha."

"Nice to meet you. Now, I need to know how things are run around here. I also need documents on all of the pack members, as well as any other vital information."

"Well, there isn't any particular way to run things. Our pack members are pretty adaptable when it comes to change, so if you want to make a new schedule it's fine."

"Thank you, Malcolm. Since the pack members are more familiar with you, you seem to know them best. How do you feel about becoming my Beta?"

"I would be honored to serve such a role, Alpha."

"Alrighty then, let's get to work."

Let the games begin.
