Chapter 9

Liam POV~

I took Lina inside to my mom. I already know she's pregnant because her scent has changed and I don't want her stressing anymore. I then walk back outside calmly before I lose control of my wolf. He doesn't like that Chris and her pack hurt her.

"Chris why are you here?"

"My pack's territory got invaded and none of the other alphas would take us in. Where did Lina go?"

"That is none of your business and why do you care all of a sudden. After all you did reject her at her own birthday party."

"Why do you care she is my mate and their daughter."

"I am her true mate," showing them my mark "And you lost the right to call her your mate and daughter after you abused and ruined 16 years of her life!"

"Now since I am a generous man, I will let you stay. But if I find out that any of you says one bad thing to my mate, there will be hell to pay. Oh and keep that Leila bitch away from me. I'm sure you can handle that Chris."

I went back to the pack house to check on my mate. I finally found her puking again in the bathroom.

"Babe, do you want me to get you a test?"

"Omg, I'm late. Yeah get me a test please."

I came back with a test and gave it to her. It's been 5 minutes until she came out. I looked at it and smiled. Positive.

"I love you Catalina Isabella Ramirez!" she giggled as I picked her up and spun her around.

Lina POV~

I'm pregnant with Liam's baby. I couldn't be happier and after Liam put me down he asked me a question I will never forget.

"Lina, I love you so much it hurts. I have ever since that day in the woods, the day I found my true mate. Now that you're carrying my baby or babies, I will love them too. I have only known you for 3 days and yet it feels like years. Catalina Isabella Ramirez, will you marry me?"

"Are you crazy of course I will!"

Liam slipped the ring on my finger and kissed me passionately. The ring was beautiful, it was white gold with a black wolf on it. The wolf had gold angel wings and was howling at a diamond moon. Liam picked me up bridal style and carried me down the stairs where I come face to face with my old pack and my new one.

"Attention everyone, I am pleased to know that my mate is pregnant with my pups and we are now engaged! The wedding will be in two weeks so I hope the other pack will join our celebration."

Everyone erupted into cheers except my parents, Chris, and Leila.

"Is my whore of a sister really pregnant? I bet it's some other guys or she wanted to trap the Alpha."

"You will not speak to my mate that way Leila. If anyone's a whore or slut or bitch it's you Leila."

"I am not a whore I just like to have a little fun."

"Twinkle twinkle little whore close your legs they're not a door."

Everyone laughs. She had that a long time coming. Ha! I drag Liam back up to our room and fall asleep in his arms. I just hope this pup is going to be ok during the battle.
