Blood.

Blood covering the walls and floor.

A girl.

Lifeless.

Stab wound in her chest.

Her lips red, stained with blood.

Her brown hair resting in the floor and her back, the blue streak that ran through it now pink on the tips where it's resting in the red liquid.

Dead...

"What do you think happened?!" Jess asks you all. And by 'all' you obviously mean You, Matt, Danielle, Phil, and Shelby.
Phil was gripping onto Dani's arm, shaking. You honestly felt sorry for him. Cause you had to admit, it was traumatising..
The school had already evacuated, so you six were practically the only ones there, asides from the teachers inside.

"Murder, maybe?" Matt suggests, shrugging.

"It might've been suicide.." Dani added.

You slowly tune out of the conversation and drift your eyes to the road, but you notice something..;
A person.
A person dressed in all black...
Something shiny in their hand...

Wait.......-

They turn to look at you, your eyes lock together. Their brown eyes glimmer in the light, before they turn around and run. You continue to look at them, wide eyed, you open your mouth the say something but nothing comes out..

Shelby taps your shoulder, and you quickly snap out of your daze, and look at her.
"You okay..? You look like you just saw a ghost, or something." She asks.

You rub your eyes. "Yeah..I'm fine... It's just.. I saw someone.. And they looked really suspicious... I-I think it was the murder, that killed that girl...." You explain. They all stare at you,

There's a long silence before Jess's speaks up, "What did they look like?"

"I couldn't really tell but they were wearing all black, they had brown eyes.. Um... And.. That's it, really.." You respond. Jess nods slowly before her eyes widen,
"Brown eyes?! Guys? Who do we know who has brown eyes? MAX!"

"......Max isn't the only person who has brown eyes at this school, ya know..." You say, Dani and Phil nod in agreement.

"Besides, why would he want to kill her?" Matt asks.

"I don't know! Ask Max, why don't you!" Jess yells. Shelby whispers something and starts giving her a shoulder massage. Jess' shoulders loosen slightly, and she crosses her arms.

".... Sorry, Jess." Matt says quietly.

"No, I'm sorry." Jess responds.

"Let's just all go get ice cream instead of worrying about this." Shelby suggests, all of you nod.

You lick your ice cream and hear Dani burst out laughing from behind you. You turn around, confused, and see Phil's nose covered in ice cream, his whole face red, and Dani laughing next to him. You smile to yourself, and turn back around.
Even if they're not dating, they're still cute together as friends.

You all walk to a park near the school, you had all finished the ice creams. Well, not 'all of you', since Matt had to go..
You notice two girls under a tree, one has light brown-ish hair and the other had black hair. They were laughing together.

You smile, as you all walk to a bench. Phil sits down and you sit down next to him. "Oh wow.... I see how it is, then." Jess says sarcastically. You and Phil laugh, since it's only a two seater bench. Jess soon joins, giggling.

"Well I don't know about you, but.." Danielle smirks, sitting down on Phil's lap.

"Dani!" Phil flushes pink, Dani just laughs.

"What's wrong? Your fault you didn't let me sit down." Dani says smugly.
Jess was covering her mouth, trying not to scream your guessing.

"Y-You're heavy...!"

"Get used to it, Phil." Dani's smirk grows.

Shelby grabs your wrist and pulls you up and away, she's also dragging Jess. "Let's give them some alone time, shall we?" Shelby giggles.

Jess starts squealing quietly. "They're so cute!!" She says, quiet enough so they don't hear. Shelby nods.

You start laughing, but quickly stop when you notice someone at the other side of the park. Max...
Shelby notices, and looks where you're looking. "Oh."

Max notices you, and walks over. "Hey."

"What do you want, Max?" You sigh. Jess glares at him, practically sending daggers at him.

"I just wanted to say Hi to my friend."

"We're not friends." You state, crossing your arms.

Max's smile disappears. "..Okay.. Bye, then.." He says, walking away.

You look to the others, Jess is still glaring at him, and Shelby's looking back at you. "Why do I feel bad for saying that to him...?" You ask quietly.
Shelby shrugs.
"You shouldn't. He's horrible, and he deserves it." Jess grumbles.

"I guess...." You mumble.

"How about we go back to Danielle and Phil?" Shelby asks, you and Jess nod so you all start walking back.
When you get there, Dani was sitting next to Phil instead. Phil was mumbling things, and Dani had his eyes closed, nodding to Phil, agreeing with what he's saying.

Shelby clears her throat, Phil quickly stops mumbling, and Dani opens his eyes. "Yeah?"

"You two have fun?" Jess smirks.

"Always." Dani replies to her, smirking back.
