Chapter 15 - A helping Nanny

When the other's left they couldn't help but feel a ping of guilt for leaving Amelia behind to handle thing's by her self, sure she was strong but they're a team and someone's weakness was another's strength. It didn't seem right to leave her behind, even if she did ask. Cole felt like turning back and helping her out but he knew that she had everything under control and at the same time he felt that it was something bigger than just Cora.

Cora had faced them in battle before and she knew what they were all capable of together and alone.. But she also knew Amelia's weakness

"Guys, Should we go back?" he asked turning to look back at the castle

"I'm sure she's fine Cole, she's a big girl" Dean replied as they swam towards the old beat up town

"But why would Cora come after us ALONE" he exclaimed and even though the other's knew he was right they trusted Amelia could handle it, she did want to do it her self

"She wanted to handle it her self Cole, we should let her" Luna spoke softly

"But she may get killed!" he tried to reason but valiant had enough

"The answer is No! She wanted to do it herself and we are going to let her and that's that" valiant snapped as she took the lead

When they made it to the meeting house were all watching the castle for any signs of chaos or a person leaving but there was nothing and the longer nothing happened the more anxious they felt.

Regardless there was a slight change in the castle appearance, it hadn't looked so abandoned anymore but there was a small glow appearing out one of the window's which was just barley noticeable, as well as the castle's outside covered over with a thick layer of ice, not all smooth. It had smooth walls and ice banks that was no where near as smooth, with jagged chunks of ice that looked almost crystalized and bumps everywhere it looked that it take days to smooth it out if not weeks

To Luna it looked like something out of a Merbabe Nursery book, it no longer looked like a abandoned stone castle but instead a ice castle that belonged to a beautiful ice queen.

A big figure busted out one of the higher window's making them all push away from the window they had been watching from in fright.

"What was that" Yelled Valiant in surprise

"Could it possibly be Amelia?" Cole asked looking out the window once again to get a better look at the figure

"That big?" Luna questioned

"No, it looks like an animal" Cole replied squinting out the window "made of ice?"

"Amelia only knows how to form a level 2 helper" Dean replied from his spot next to Cole "Something that big ain't a level 2"

But sure enough when the thing they seen landed just outside the door, Amelia was faced with a group of creeped out friends

"How? In the name of presimian did you do that?" Dean's mouth hung open as he studied the unknown animal before him, spreading his hand along the ice wings he couldn't believe what he was seeing one bit "What even is this beast?" he questioned

Luna swam over and held her hand out to the unknown beast who gladly accepted her touch loving the feeling of her warm hand against him "A Dreko" she replied before clearing her throat "or as land people call them, A Dragon"

Amelia looked at Luna a little shocked but shook away the thought away looking at dean "What's a presimian?"

"Its the metal the magic preventing chains and cuffs are made of" Valiant replied from the door not wanting to get any closer to the ice beast "And excuse the different names for everything" She smiled "It's just our thing, instead of a different language we got different name's"
