Chapter 17

Michelle walked with Seth into his office. Michelle looked around the office as Seth closed the door behind them. As soon as he did, he rushed over to Michelle and spun her around. As soon as she was turned to him, he took off her cap to have a better look at her. He dropped the cap to the ground as he snaked his arms around her. He pulled her closer and kissed her, passionately. She quickly returned the affection. He moved his hands to her thighs and picked her up without breaking their kiss. He moved them to his desk and sat her on it. He wanted her like he had never before. His lips moved down her jaw line to collarbone to her neck. Her breathing hitched as he kissed her. She kept her eyes closed the whole time focusing all her attention to the pleasure he was giving her. She finally opened her eyes as she realized where they were. She breathed out, “Seth.” He kept going and she had a hard time making him stop. She said with a little more firmness, “Seth, stop.”

He did and asked, “What is it?”

“Not here.” She said as she pushed him a little back.

He stepped back and nodded. He took her hand and guided her off the desk, over to the couch in his office. He sat down and pulled her down on top of him. She sat with her butt on the couch with her legs draped over his. She moved her head to his shoulder as she closed her eyes, happy to be next to him again. He moved his arm around her and said, “It so good to have you here.”

She snuggled into him more. She just hummed to herself in happiness, “This is home.”

Seth just smiled, he felt it to. They sat there in peaceful bliss for several moments. Just then Jessica came in the office and said, as she handed his keys to him, “Here you go, boss.”

“Thanks, Jessica.” Seth took the keys, but refusing to remove himself from Michelle.

Then Jessica said, “Also, you have that table read in ten.”

“Shit, I am almost forgot.” Seth moaned.

Seth moved out of Michelle’s embraced and walked over to his desk to grab his script. Michelle said, plainly, “I can just wait in here.”

Seth walked over to her and grabbed her hand. He pulled her up and said with a smile, “No, you are coming. I am pretty sure a fan would love to see this first hand.”

A smiled beamed on her face as she nodded. Seth then took her hand and guided her out of the office. Once they were out, he let go of her hand but moved his arm around her shoulder. Jessica followed behind the couple. They got to double doors and Seth let go of Michelle completely as he opened the doors. The room was full of people. Around the table, Michelle saw Alex, Mila, Seth Green with a bunch of others sitting around a long table. No one stopped talking cause the boss walked in. Seth leaned in to Michelle and said, “Go find somewhere to sit and watch the magic unfold.”

She looked at him with a smile and nodded. She walked around the room as she noticed a few people staring at her. She found an empty seat in the corner. She watched as Seth took the head of the table as everyone became quiet as Jessica followed. They jumped right into it. She watched in awe as they went through the script. She laughed at the jokes that landed as well as the rest of the room and she watched as Seth went from one voice to another with ease. She marveled at it all. She also noticed Seth sometimes eyeing her from across the room with a smile on his face, which only made her blush slightly as she smiled. But what she noticed the most was Jessica next to him touching him in a flirting matter whenever she went to help Seth with something. Even looking at Michelle now and then beaming a smile at her knowing she was seeing it or giving her dirty looks. This infuriated Michelle. She was not the jealous type but Jessica was clearly making moves on Seth. She didn’t know is Seth was oblivious to them or just ignored them. But Michelle was getting angry in her seat. It finally wrapped and everyone stood up to exit. Seth made his way to Michelle as Alex walked over to her as well with Mila. Seth reached her as Alex was introducing Michelle to Mila. Michelle was shaking Mila’s hand when Seth put his arm around Michelle and asked, sarcastically, “Are they bothering you?”
