Cress and Thorne were delivering the letumosis antidotes to Africa.

They had just finished handing them off when Thorne asked a peculiar question, "Hey, Cress?"

"Hmm?"

"Would you... Would you want to try to find the satellite wreck?"

"The one that we crashed in and you lost your sight to?"

"Yes."

"Umm... Stars, Thorne. I guess?" It came out more like a question than an answer.

He smiled, "All right. Get in!" He gestured towards the Rampion.

They boarded and Thorne took off. After a few hours they had found it. They also found a way in.

Thorne looked around. "So this is where you spent most of your life."

Cress nodded. She walked over to her monitor and tried to find Little Cress's personality chip. She searched and eventually found it.

She smiled, "Captain! I found Little Cress!"

He walked over, "The computer that kept you company?"

Cress nodded excitedly.

He chuckled, "This is different than I remember. But then again only saw it for a few minutes before I was blinded."

Cress winced at the memory. She remembered the trek across the desert, the shell trafficking, the kiss on the rooftop. She remembered it all as if it had just happened yesterday.

Thorne sensed her tenseness.

"Hey, don't worry. I'm okay. We're okay. Nothing else is going to happen. We're going to have a happily every after, Cress. Say you believe me."

Cress looked into his eyes. She remembered the gentle kiss they shared the first time he told her that he loved her. She remembered how it was he thought of him that got her through everything. "I believe you."

Thorne smiled and kissed her forehead.

"Are you ready?"

Cress nodded, "I feel a sense of closure now. Thank you, Captain."

"Anytime, Crescent. I love you."

She smiled and wrapped her arm around his waist as they walked to the Rampion. "I love you too, Captain."

His arm snaked around her waist and he kissed the side of her head. "Never forget or doubt how much you mean to me, Cress. You are my world. You are my galaxy."

Cress smiled and kissed him passionately. She pulled away. "And you are mine." She whispered against his lips before disappearing into the Rampion.

Thorne grinned in a daze before he made his way onto the Rampion.

He flew hem back to civilization, his mind never leaving the kiss he had just shared with Cress and how they had told each other what they really meant to one another. He felt as giddy as a school girl. He couldn't wait for his happily every after with Cress to begin.
