We got back home to Audrey's apartment at about 11:30 that night. Audrey's Mom got out and went into her apartment to get her husband to help her get Audrey and I out of their car. Audrey's dad picked up Audrey and put her over his right shoulder, Audrey's Mom did the same thing with me. I woke up by the sound of the car door closing. I yawned and looked up and saw the moon that was full and bigger than usual, it was really a sight. Audrey's Mom took a step forward and unlocked the door allowing us to enter. They walked down their hallway and opened Audrey's room and lay us down in her bed, it felt like we had just sunk into a cloud of softness, then I went back to sleep.

I woke up at about 10 that morning. Audrey wasn't next to me on the bed so I figured that she had already gotten up. I got off the bed and stretched before Audrey walked in with a bowl of cereal in her hands.
"Here you go." she said giving me the bowl of cereal.
"Umm. . .Audrey?"
"Yess?"
"You know I don't like cereal right?" I asked with a questioning look on my face.
"Oh yeah. . .but, you also said that you do eat dry cereal so, do you want me to get you some?"
"Please?"
"I'll go and get you the vanilla flavored Chex." she put the bowl on top of her pink princess dresser and walked out to get me the dry cereal. I don't have anything against cereal its just that, I don't really like it wet (thats what she said) but I do like it dry. Call me weird."Here you go." Audrey said as she gave me the purple colored box of goodness.
"Thanks." I said before grabbing a handful of the tiny squares then shoving it in my mouth. We were done with breakfast about 30 minutes later. I got up to go to the bathroom to change. When I came out I heard a familiar laugh comming from the living room along with other laughs. I walked down the hall and realized who was there. It was Pete.
"Jamie!" he said with open arms to hug me and a big happy smile on his face.
"Hello, Mr.Wentz." I replied.
"Are you ready for our play date?"
"Yes. No. Wait, Mrs.Kunn, does Grandma know about this?" I asked with a worried tone.
"Yes, Jamie, she does. I told her everything this morning when she woke up." she replied with a bright smile.
"Oh, okay then, I'm ready."
"Lets go then!" and with that he picked me up and threw me over his sholder and walked to the door."I'll bring her back at about 3." he said opening the door. When we got to his car he put me down and put me in the backseat then buckled me in.
"Where are we going?" I asked with excitement as he started the car.
"First, we're gonna get some ice cream. Then, we're gonna go to the airport and pick up your future little brother and Mom. Then, we're gonna show you where im going to move so that you could see your future house. After that we're gonna go to a park for lunch and talk a bit about our fun day." he said looking back at me with a smile on his face.
"I don't like ice cream though. . ." I said softly looking down. I've always been made fun of because of that. It's not the ice cream, its me. Whenever I eat ice cream, I get really thirsty afterwards so I just don't eat it.
"It's okay. I don't like ice cream either so, what about frozen yogurt?"
"Okay." We drove for a while untill he found a frozen yogurt place. He stepped out of his car and opened my door. He unbuckled me out of my seat and held my hand to help me get out. I thought he would let go but he didn't, it felt wrong yet, it felt right. I never had the feeling or experience to get treated like an actual daughter from a father, since I don't know where my real dad is and I only got abused from my stepdad. We walked in and everyone's face froze from recognizing Pete. Suprizingly he acted casual and walked over to the self seving machines. He picked up a large bowl and put it under the cookie dough mixed with vanilla flavored machine and filled about half of the bowl.
