PLEASE READ!
A/N: I needed to put this at the beginning because it's really important! I've been having writer's block lately, which is why I'm basically doing another time skip, and I feel like no one is actually reading this story so I honestly don't know if I should continue this story or not but I'm going to try my hardest to continue for those of you who are reading it. I just feel like I should let you guys know because I haven't been updating as much as I did when I started. Thank you, now on to the story. . .
》2 Years Later 》
After dating Ryan for two years, nothings really changed. We say we're together. We still hang out together. We love each other but we both know we're still young so we know we don't mean it like that. The only thing that's probably changed between us is more hand holding and kisses on each others cheeks since my dad would kill me if he found out we actually kissed.
Yeah, my dad found out. He popped the question up during dinner while Ryan was there. I knew I couldn't say no because I would feel so guilty for lying to him and for saying it in front of Ryan. Suprisingly, my dad was okay with it. My mom even started choking when he said he approves of our relationship. Although I knew that because he gave us a thumbs up, that it didn't mean we could do anything we wanted.
During those two years of Ryan and I dating, I've learned a lot more about him. And he's definitely learned a lot more about me. Although, lately he's been kind of distant. Since he started ninth grade, he doesn't really talk to me as much. Yet, he talks to Spencer more. I think I'll have to talk to him soon. Right after I tell Andrea what I think I'm going to do.
I turned my head to the side and grabbed my phone from my nightstand quickly unlocking it to text her.
Me: "Andrea, I want to talk to you about something."
I waited a couple of minutes before getting a reply from her.
Her: "About what?"
Me: "My relationship with Ryan."
Her: "O"
Me: "Can I come over?"
Andrea: "Sure"
Me: "Thanks, I'll see you in ten minutes"
I got up from my bed and made my way downstairs to put on a pair of shoes. Once at the door, I called out to my mom and told her I would be out for a while. Getting to Andrea's house was really quite so I took that time to look around. I went up to her door and ringed her doorbell, still taking in the scenery.
"Jamie?" Andrea said while snapping her fingers in front of my face. I quickly put my focus on her and remembered why I was here.
"Sorry, I was distracted, " I told her.
"I could tell. Want oatmeal?"
"Yes please."
"Okay, go to the backyard and I'll bring it to you."
"Okay, thanks." With that she let me in and I made my way to her backyard and sat on one of the chairs that were there. While I waited for her to come out, one of her dogs, Max, came up to me and decided to rest his head between my knees. "Hey, Max," I said scratching the top of his head. He looked up at me with his big brown eyes and I immediately thought of Ryan. Soon after, Andrea came out with two bowls of oatmeal with spoons sticking out of them and handed one to me. "Thanks," I told her.
