Jakob's POV
what the actual hell just happened.

I could tell Ethan was just in the dark. But what I am more shocked is seeing a totally different side of Layla. I do have to confess, I have a crush on her. And I mean a huge crush. She's usually quite quiet but a great company, and she has my humour, we could be together anywhere. After seeing her roast Ethan, I couldn't help but think....

How beautiful she is when she's mad.
Ahhhhh. I don't know if she likes me back though.
What if I ask her out, and she rejects me, I'll be the most embarrassed person ever and I wouldn't want to ruin the friendship that we have now.

Layla's POV
What am I thinking.
Here I am in the bathroom and Emily's standing in front of me. I basically just made matters worse. I know Ethan feels sorry for what he did to Belle, but I don't know what came about of me. I guess I just miss  Belle, and I'm kinda of jealous of her. She gets all the attention, and what did I just do;
Embarrass myself in front of Jakob, who probably hates me for being such a dick to his best mate. I'm so stupid. Just why.

"Emily, you can go, I'll meet you in class...."

"No Layla. I'm not leaving you here. It's okay we have to sort this out. We have to somehow bring Ethan and Belle together.... I know! Lock them in a room until they make up. You know, belle called me this morning and basically said that she had NO feelings for Ethan, so I mean, they could easily be friends right?"

"Well I Hope you are right Emily, because if I have to think about those two fighting for another day I think my head's going to explode." Emily giggled and put a hand out for me and she helped to stand back up.

"No lets go to--- oh wait I got a text gimme a sec," Emily checked her phone and showed me the message.

"Oh cool! There's a party at...Alisha's house... it's her sweet 16th and she's inviting the whole grade to her...'mansion',"

"Uh.... should we go???" I asked.

"Well Jakob and Chris just texted me SAYING that they would pick us all up at 5... so I guess we are going !!"

"Oh.. Um ..Jakob...um..ok..."

Chris' POV
"Wait so ur saying that we should trick them into coming to the party and then lock them somewhere together so they can make up? I don't know...."

"Come on Chris, it will be good!! Our group can go back to normal and yeh.."

"Ah ok... I'll call Ethan right now and you Emily, call Belle," I smiled at her and we both dialled their numbers.

Ethan picked up first.
"Hey mate, it's Chris,"

"Oh hey Chris what's up?"

"So tonight Alisha has this party for her birthday and we were wondering if you wanted to come along?"

" WAIT are you serious Chris, she's my EX."

"Well yeah, but you don't have to see her, just... uh.. Layla wants to apologise and stuff... and I mean it will be fun!"

"O-ok Chris... you pick me up in half an hour?"

"Sure mate, see ya soon!"

I put down my phone and then told Emily to call Belle.
"Helloooo!"

"Emilyyyy what's up! Did I miss anything today?"

"Uh- no- not much...BUT I wanted to see if you were interested in going to Alisha's ---"

"Party right. Yep it's all over her social medias and I'm so tired of her shit. Sorry babe but I'm not coming."

"Come on Belle. Please come... Ok then. Don't come for Alisha's birthday party. Come for Layla. She's been missing you lately and she hasn't been acting right.. I think it's because her best friend hasn't been at school.."' There was a pause on the line and I think Belle may have hung up. But then after a few seconds she answered.

"Ok. For Layla. How long do I have to dress up a little?"

"Like twenty minutes haha. Chris AND I will pick you up in a few minutes with everyone else." Emily paused and she looked as if she had said the wrong thing. And out of nowhere I could hear Belle chuckling from the other side of the phone.

"Ahh... so are you and Chris now a thing huh? Has your wish finally come true?"

"Um Belle... HES LISTENING TO YOU RIGHT NOW YOUR ON THE FRICKEN SPEAKER!" Emily went a bright shade of pink and then looked at me and smiled. Ahh she was so cute.

"Well all the better right. YO CHRIS IF YOU DATE MY BEST FRIEND PLEASE TREAT HER WELL OR I'LL BE COMING FOR YOU!" Belle screamed into the phone and I smirked.

"Ahaha funny funny Belle. Emily and I are.....just friends...."

I could see Emily look down and she had a disappointed look on her face.

"For now."

I looked at Emily and put my hand on hers as Belle said goodbye. she looked up at me and I just OH so dearly wanted to kiss her.

"I really like you Chris. Like more than a friend."

" I do too Emily. I've known you since the start of high school and I was over the moon knowing that I was in the same friendship group was you. You are so beautiful and are the kindest soul. Um.. will you be my girlfriend?"

"Of course Chris!!" She wrapped her hands around me and engulfed me into a bear hug.

"Can I kiss you now?" She asked unsurely, and before I answered I just smashed my lips onto hers. I felt that igniting feeling in the pit of my stomach. And it was an amazing feeling.

"YOU GUYS ARE SO CUTE AHHHHH THIS HAS MADE MY DAY. I KNEW IT, I KNEW IT FROM THE START. YOU GUYS WERE GONNA DATE AND GUESS WHAT I WAS RIGHT WOOHOOO," we looked down at Belle's phone and realised that she hadn't hung up yet. That sneaky girl. Emily had gone read again but we just laughed.

"We'll see you in ten minutes Belle!!"

"LOL BYE I REALLY NEED TO GET READY NOW SEE YA!!"

Hey guys, so I mean this chapter is a bit different I didn't have any POVS of Ethan and Belle but I just felt like I left out the two other In Stereo boys and the other girls. Plus a few of you guys asked me to just write a bit more about them!

So I am currently on holidays so hopefully a lot more chapters!! Please like and COMMENT your thoughts of the chapter because I would love to know your feedback!
