The Winchesters and Novaks were happy swimming in the lake that Gabe and Cas would go to as kids.
Gabe had wandered away from the other four and was swimming by himself.
He suddenly started to cough harshly. When he stopped, he looked down at his hands and saw blood.
"Gabe! You alright?"
Gabe looked up and saw Sam looking at him.
"Yeah! I'm fine! Just... Swallowed some water!"
"Alright!"
Gabe looked back down at his bloody hand. He shoved his hands into the water and washed the blood away. He splashed water on his face, just in case he had blood on his chin or something.
He made a mental note to make a doctor's appointment as he swam back over to the group.
