"I have cancer, Sam!" Gabe cried out. He covered his face and sobbed into his hands.
Cas hugged his big brother and they both cried together.
Sam took the paper and read over it.
Lung cancer.
Chemotherapy required immediately.
Very fatal.
Sam's hands trembled as he looked away from the paper. He pulled the two brothers into his arms and held them close.
