"I'm so excited for tomorrow!" My sister Vanessa exclaimed.
"And I'm so happy for you nessa!" I told my sister as I finished making us breakfast.
"I just can't believe that my dream is so close to becoming reality." she said while eating her food.
"Nessa,why don't we go shopping for a new outfit that you can wear tomorrow?" I asked wanting an excuse to go shopping.
"Alright Laur, sounds good to me." She replied.

"Ooooh Nessa! Look at this! It's so cute!"
"Lauraaaa that's perfect! I'm gonna go pay and you-" she was cut of When my phone started ringing. "-answer your phone I guess."
"Hello?" I asked the person over the phone.
"Hello, is this Laura Marano?" The woman's voice asked.
"This is she."
"My name is Jammie Brian. I'm calling from the police department. I'm afraid we are going to need you and your sister Vanessa down here ASAP." Jammie told me.
"Okay... But may I ask why?" I questioned
"Your parents dear, they were in a terrible accident. Just please come quickly." and the line was disconnected.
I rushed back into the store and told Vanessa what happened with Jammie. We rushed out of the store and got into my car, going as quickly as possible to the police department.
