Vanessa's Pov

All I can think about is, who are these people that me and my sister going to be living with . Well .... that and I'm just in shock . I don't really wanna think about ... well ya know ... that...
I wonder what these people are like ?



Laura's Pov

Those words just kept going through my head !! ....I hate you....i hate you ..... I hate you....

Ugh LAURA STOP THINKING ABOUT THAT !!!!! but I can't !!!! Laura just stop !!

Here I go ! arguing with myself AGAIN !!!!
But I wonder who these people are and what they are like ... I wanna meet them but at the same time I'm scared !

I was pulled out of my thoughts my sister, telling me that we were home . well was my home ,won't be for verry much longer.

Mason reminded us that if we needed anything just to call him and he would be there for us.

"Laura?" my sister asked.

"Yeah?"

"Are you ok with all of this , I mean we don't really have a choice but I mean ... well how are you ??" my sister asked in a concerned tone.

"Well I mean ... I don't really know how I feel . I'm just REALLY in shock! I don't know how to feel! I guess you could say that I'm kinda scared! .... like what if the family that we are going to stay with doesn't like me? what if they think... they thin...."
Vanessa stopped me mid sentence .

"LAURA!!! Stop thinking about all the ' what if 's ' and start thinking about the positive!"

"And what IS the positive in all this??"

"Wellllll...... I'm not REALLY sure . but just try and not dwell on 'what if' . OKAY?!?!"

" Okay .... I'll try.."

"Goo now go get some rest. Like Mason said , we have a big day tomorrow ."

"Okay! night ! Love Ya Sis!"

"Good night !"

I walked up the stairs and into my room . "Man am I gonna Miss this place " I said to myself.
I got changed into my pj's and layed down in my bed . I guess I was pretty tired because as soon as my head hit the pillow, I was fast asleep!






When I woke up the next morning I was fixing to go and eat breakfast ..... but then I realized that today was the day that we are not only meeting the people we were going to be living with but also moving in today.. I'm a little anxious but at the same time a little nervous. I'm not really sure how to feel about getting a new family . But I for sure will NERVER and I mean NEVER EVER forget my parents. I am still a little in shock . I don't think that I have really been able to comprehend that my parents are gone. The thought is just a thought in my head. I Don't really understand .

I was again pulled out of my thoughts by Vanessa waving her hands in front of my face.

"Laura!!! Earth to Laura!! " I head my sister say.

" umm... what ?? ohhh I'm here"

"OKKKAAAAAYYYY!!!!!!!  Well I got off the phone with Stormie and she sounds like a really nice lady. And she said that they will be here around 12:30 . So  we need to start packing!"

I looked at the time and it said that if was 9:38. I slowly walked up the stairs and into my room. Vanessa walked into my room and set down some boxes , so that I could pack my stuff . I Labeled the boxes from shoes to tops to jeans to make up. I was probably done packing around 12:15 . As I was closing the last box, I heard the door bell ring. I slowly walked downstairs and when I walked to the door I saw Vanessa waiting for me.

We both looked at each other and said at the same time

" are you ready to do this? "

"yep " we both replied.

As we opened the door we saw..................
