"See you at midnight!" I cheerfully said before closing my door.
I woke up to the sound of my alarm going off. It was 8 in the morning and I had until 10 to get ready.
I had to get my hair done, my make up done, and get my dress on and all my other accessories before I could head down to the lobby.
"Austin can you go get Momma and Aunt Kara?" I yelled from the bathroom. I heard the door open and close and guessed he had went and got them.
"Okay time to work my magic!" Aunt Kara said coming into the bathroom.
She has always been the person who did all my makeup and hair. An hour and half later my hair and makeup were done, all that was left was getting my dress on.
I finally got my dress on. By the time I was ready it was already 9:50 and I had ten minutes to get to the lobby.
I walked out of my room with my mom, Aunt Kara, and Austin trailing behind me.
We got into the elevator and we finally got to the lobby. Mom pinned my number onto my dress and I got in line for the beauty portion of the competition.
"Next we have contestant number 89. Miss Lena Mahone..." The lady announce me and I walked on to the stage.
"Lena likes to swim and does photography. When she gets older she wants to become a doctor or a dancer. Here is Miss Lena Mahone!" She said as I came off the stage.
I was then rushed back up to my room so I could change into my outfit for my talent portion.
I had got on my costume and did last touch ups before heading back downstairs.
I came out of my room last and had someone grab my arm.
