CHAPTER 17

IANS POV

I still love Nina with all my heart but she doesn't love me and I understand why but I just miss her.

While I deep in thought I hear my phone ring and the caller ID is Madison so I pick up

"Hello"

"Ian did you tell Nina about our deal?" Madison said quite angrily

"What? No"

"Ian you're lying"

"No Im not, I haven't spoken to Nina for a while"

"Good, so can I come over?"

"Umm, okay" I said

"Okay, i'll see you in 5"

"Bye"

Five minutes after I hung up the phone Madison was here

"Hey Ian" she said in a seductive tone

"Uh, Hi"

"Oh Ian I just can't take it anymore" she said as she tried to kiss me

"What the fuck?"

"What do you mean? It was part of the deal"

"Did you think I was serious about wanting to date you again?" I said

"Well yeah because you broke up with Nina"

"I did that for me not you"

"Why?"

"I love Nina but she needs to be free from me because we're not meant for each other and she is obviously meant fro Jack"

"Oh, is that what you really think?" Madison said as her face dropped a little

"Yes it is but we can still be friends"

"Do you want to know why I wanted this" I nodded

"I was jealous of you and Nina but mainly Nina because she has a perfect life, a hot boyfriend and you in her life and I just wanted someone to love me" she said as she began to cry

"Hey, don't cry" I cooed

"You will be loved unconditionally someday by someone" I said while hugging Madison

"Thanks, now I have got to go apologise to Nina"

"Bye Mads"

"Bye"

*2 HOURS LATER*

"Is this true Ian?" Nina asked as she sat down

"Yes it is"

"Thank you for being honest"

"But" she said "why didn't you tell me before I started dating Jack?"

"Because..." she gestured for me to continue

"I don't know"

"Okay, uhh well I have to go" Nina said

"Oh okay bye" I said as she walked out the door and she gave me a small smile

"Geez Ian" Paul said

"Why didn't you tell anyone?" He asked with confusion in his voice

"Because I didn't want to hurt Nina" I said

"Well that obviously didn't work" Paul mumbled and I just raised an eyebrow in response

"What does Nina think of you know?" Paul asked

"I'm not sure but all I know she is pissed and if she doesn't want to have anything to do with me I respect her decision and I can't do anything to change that"

"And she also seems happy with Jack and I shouldn't change that because she is happier with him than she is with me" I added

"Hey buddy, don't say that" Paul said

"But it's true"

"I'll tell you what, just give Nina some time for her to come to her senses"

"Thanks Paul" I said while hugging him

"No problem man"
