Chapter 5

Ashton's P. O. V
After we figured out Ellie never had pizza we needed to give this child pizza. I felt bad.  She's so skinny in don't think she really ever got fed at the adoption center.  I herd the door bell and rushed to get it . I took the pizza and gave the man the money.  I walked to the table with everyone following me like ducks and taking there seats . Ellie wasn't eating just lost in thought it looked like . She furrowed her eye brows and said "why doesn't Michael like me ?" We all looked at her stunned . She looked up tears coming out and she bolted. We all ran.  The question repeating in my head why doesn't Michael like me . What would give that idea to her.  I stopped in front of calums door and heard singing.  I was pounding on the door.  I was worried.  My daughter is locked in there and she won't open the door. All of the sudden I hear feet shuffling inside. And then loud sobs.  What did she do. More important what did Michael do. Calum finally came back with a key.  He unlocked the door and I raced in. She was in a fetal position on the floor. She wasn't sobbing as loud only a few sniffles came from her. She looked up at me with scared eyes

"A-r-re you going to send me back?" She said

"Why would we send you back? " I replyed. 

"Because you hate me" she said. I became furious.

"Guys can I talk to Ellie alone please ?" I asked the boys. They all shock there heads and left shutting the door .

"Can I ask you a question ?" I asked Ellie .

"Yes" she said

"What in earth makes you think we hate you"

"Because Michael hates me"

"Why do you think Michael hates you"she took a deep breath

"Because when we we're at the lark he faked smiled at me.  Nobody fake smiles unless there unimportant.  He probably thinks I'm unimportant . That's why he hates me. " that broke my heart into a million pieces.

"If Michael hates you it's his loss . Your a beautiful girl who deserves a lot more than she has. If he doesn't like you to heck with him. You have people who love you dearly.  Me,  Calum,  and Luke love you very much. You are also very talented . From what I heard outside that door when you were singing you sounded amazing." I said and meant every word.  She had tears in her eyes , and hugged me . I hugged her back . This is how I really want her to be happy. Because when she is happy I am happy. I was just wandering why would Michael want to even think about hurting her emotionally. I was so torn when she told me what Michael.

Ellie's P. O. V
What Ashton told me was amazing. I know he wasn't lying about what he said.  I could see it in his eyes.  I hugged him. A real hug,  and it was amazing. After about a minute of hugging he reached out his hand and I took it.  We walked out together me and my new dad walked out together. He is my dad because he loves me. I just don't want to call him that yet.  I might get into trouble. We walked downstairs to where everyone was. Great I had to face them. I mean that sounds rude but they might not live me as much. I have never told them that I cut.  Or tried to kill myself.  Maybe I should keep that to myself.  As soon as Luke saw me he ran to give me a hug. I hugged him too. Another real hug. Wow he smells good. He let go and I ran to Calum and gave him a hug. I'm guessing he was shocked because I gave a hug not someone giving me a hug. I looked over Michael was there his head in his hands. I was hesitant about what I was going to do but said hell I should do it. I went over and hugged him. Yep.  Hugged him. I didn't care if he hated me.  I did it because he looked sad. I bet he was even more confused then Calum.  Heck I bet by now everyone was confused.  He hugged back. I wasn't expecting that. He said.

Ellie I'm so so sorry" he looked at me "I don't know why I did that,  it was wrong and I -I am truly sorry" I smiled a real smile

"It's okay micheal I forgive you" his smile got bigger. I needed to make a comment

"If you smile any bigger your mouth might rip." Everyone just laughed.  I yawend.  I didn't even realize I was tired.

"Ellie I have to tell you something" ash said to me .

"Okay , what up" i said realizing after that,  that doesn't sound cool.

"Your going to be meeting other people tomorrow. "

"Okay" I said and headed for bed. I got on my pajamas and went to sleep.

Dream
I was coming home from school.  I knew that today was going to be bad . I failed a test . I was going to get beat do hard . I walked in the door and right away I felt a burning in my cheek. You dumb slut you failed a test. My dad said and slapped my 5 more times before kicking me. He pulled my hair and put me on the couch.  I didn't realize this before but he was drunk.  He never got drunk. He punched kicked slapped and hurt me in anyway possible I was screaming in pain. He pulled out a gun . Say good bye to your life .then he shot me.

End of dream

I woke up.  Panting and sweating. I went to ashtons room and walked In. I woke him up.

"Ashton can I lay with you" I asked embarrassed.

"Of course you can" he replyed not asking why. He will probably ask tomorrow. I fell asleep and had good dreams the rest of the night.

Yay another update.  Good thing this was on time.  I actually wrote this In school. Yeah crazy me. Well anyway this was crazy.
