I was mentally screaming.
"what" I said.
"yeah we are adopting you" I got chills doe my arm before Amy had to blurt out
"why her?" the tan boy glared at her and I kinda put my head down
"I'm serious why are you adopting her?" she paused before beginning again. "nobody wants her" that was enough for the tan boy to go red with anger and say
"we want her" he stood his ground when I heard that and couldn't help but smile. I was happy someone wanted me. Wait no I had to tell myself. They will use you. They told me to stay and pack my bags and they would go down and sign the papers. I packed my bags and waited for them to come back. I saw that Amy was about to say something but I said before she could
"don't say anything" I glared at her. The boy with the Colored hair came and said they signed the papers and that we would be leaving. I got off the bed with the small bag I had. And walked to the car. Lip ring was driving. Tan boy was in shot gun. Crazy hair and bandana were in the two middle seats. So I went to the back and sat behind crazy hair. *it was a 7 seat van BTW that means two in the front 2 in the middle and 3 in the back. I quietly sat back listening to them talk. Then my stomach growled. I was really hungry. I barely ate when I was there. That's probably why I'm so skinny. I heard quite laughing from in front of me. Then crazy haired boy asked me if I was hungry. And smiled. I shook my head yes and flashed a small smile. His smile got even bigger probably because I smiled at him.
"we'll stop and get you something okay."
"yes sir" I said I said that because I don't want to get hit again.
"you don't have to call me sir"
"okay sir... I mean okay" I said. He kinda looked worried but happy I was willing to try. I was quite tired so I fell asleep. Next thing I know is someone shaking me and I said
"please don't hit me I'm sorry I fell asleep" I said letting out a small cry.
"Ellie it me" lip ring said worried.
"oh" I said my face flushed with embarrassment and my eyes had tears in them.
"why would I hit you?" he asked concerned. By this time everyone was looking at me with worried expressions.
Luke's P. O. V
We stopped at a Nandos because we were all hungry. We only had about 30 minutes left of the car ride. As we pulled in and got out I turned to see Ellie asleep. I chuckled and started to gently shake her awake.
"please don't hit me I'm sorry I fell asleep" she started to have tears sting her eyes.
"Ellie its me" I said I was really worried why would she think that I would hit her.
"oh"she said. Her face getting red and tears running down her face.
"why would I hit you?" I asked. She did not answer. I sat by her and put my arm around her. She flinched but put her head on me. I would never ever hurt her I said in my head. After she calmed down we went in. Once we were in there we sat at a table and a waitress came to out table. One we were finished ordering Ellie said that out waitress look familiar to her. We all shrugged it off. And when she came back Ellie had her eye on her. Than her face lite up. She said
"excuse me ma'am"
"yes. How may I help you" the waitress smiled
"um I know this is really weird but did you have a little cousin named Ellie foster? Ellie asked.
"yes I..." she stopped "Ellie? Is that really you? "
"yes it is" I saw Ellie smile. They hugged and talked more. Before we left she exchanged numbers with her. We said by and left a tip. That's the first time I saw Ellie so happy. Happy just because she was. On the way home Micheal said
"let's turn on some jams"
"yeah" the rest of us said. The radio played a few songs and then She kinda hot came on. Ellie gasped. We all looked at her. Well Calum didn't because he was driving now because I wanted to be closer to Ellie. Ashton chuckled and said
"why did you gasp"
