Lana sighed in frustration and wiped her hands down her face then laid her head in her arms on the desk.

Lana's been really stressed with finding her mother and trying to keep the device out of the hands of the wrong people. We've had multiple agents come to the house and try to steal it. All from Raymond, of course. The outcome, for them, wasn't very good. I've never seen her so stressed. I hated seeing her like this though. I can tell she only gets stressed once she knows she so close to something but yet she's so far.

"Are you okay Lana?" Nemesis snaked an arm around my waist as I was flipping through my mother's files.

"What the hell was that?" The girl looked around the room frantically. "Lana don't worry. You're probably just hearing things." She also gets paranoid when she stressed. I kissed her temple in an attempt to calm her down. Not long after the so called 'noise' there was another at the window. Both of our head snapped toward the huge glass wall. Huge cracks flowed from a bullet. By the looks of it, it's probably a 9×19mm Walther P99 (German semi-automatic) pistol. If anything I'd say... they were right outside.

Another bullet came flying at the glass wall enlarging the cracks previous to the other bullet. Shortly after, another came flying. It wasn't long after they started shooting up the window. Lana pushed us to the side of the desk farthest from the window. She landed strategically on top of me, our bodies touching, setting my whole being on fire. "I like this position. We should do it more." I winked at her as she rolled her eyes and threw my gun at me. As we got prepared, the window shattered into a million pieces. Bullets flying everywhere, grappling hooks were used to get into the room from downstairs. There had to be at least 50 but knowing Raymond, it was probably 100 or so men, give or take.

I only got my robe on before I was grabbed. I struggled a little before I got the brilliant idea of running up the wall, flipping, and slamming the man on his back. I kicked a man behind me with my left and punched a man from the side with my right. I was doing well until I slipped up and got surrounded. Guns pointing from every direction.

"You know if you just wanted me you could've asked nicely." I joked. One man put his gun down and walked forward. "Cute. We know you're dangerous. You always have something up your sleeve." He pulled the gun up to his face. I smirked as another brilliant idea popped into my head. "Well give Raymond my regards." I ran and slid under the man's legs. Getting up, I put him in a tight headlock to cover myself from the incoming shots. "Do you really want to die today?" The man spoke in a scared tone. "I'm not the one in front ready to get shot." I backed up, the man still in the headlock, to the nearest gun and picked it up. Cocking the gun, I put it up to his head. I swear I heard him whimper. We backed up slowly towards the door. I looked out the door down the hall to find the closest exit. I'll wing it. I shot the dude in the head and took off down the hall.
