Int.Jailhouse-Night
(Steph is laying down in her cell when the security guard opens her cell and Shaine walks in.)
Security: You got a roommate.
Steph: (hugs Shaine.) What are you doing here?!
Shaine: I got framed Steph. I'm so sorry for not believing you sooner. I should've believed you but everything that's been going on I didn't know what to do or think.
Steph: It's okay Shaine.
Shaine: How do you do it in here?
Steph: It's horrible. Everyday you feel alone like this is it. I don't want to be here anymore Shaine. I want to get out.
Shaine: I know. We're going to get out of here. Jake's working on it.
Steph: Shaine I am so sorry for criticizing Jake, and all the terrible horrible stuff I said to you.
Shaine: It's okay.
Steph: No it's not, I'm supposed to be your best friend and I wasn't.. I was a complete bitch.
Shaine: Yeah...You were.
Steph: What?
Shaine: Kidding.. I forgive you Steph. (Hugs Steph.)
INT.Shaines Apartment #2- Same
Lucky, Jake, Jaxon, Zac, Taylor, and Levi are sitting down brainstorming ideas on how to get Steph and Shaine out of Jail.
Jake: Okay I say we break them out.
Levi: And how do you suppose we do that??
Jake: Do you have any other ideas?
Taylor: Find Laura and get her to talk. She needs to tell us why she snitched on Shaine.
Lucky: We all know why she snitched, because she believes Penny's death was Shaine's fault.
Taylor: We still have to find and get her to admit to the police that she lied, and accused the wrong person.
Levi: How do we find we her?
Lucky: I know exactly where she'd be.
INT.Outside the theater-Night
(Laura is holding a candlelight vigil with Brayson and Jayce. When Lucky walks up to her.)
Lucky: Laura I need to talk to you.
Laura: You came for the vigil?
Lucky: Not necessarily..Just walk with me.
Laura: Okay..
(They start walking away from the vigil.)
Laura: What?
Lucky: Why did you go to the police and say that Shaine killed Penny?
Laura: What? I never went to the police. After the fight I wanted to pay my respect to my best friend and set up the candlelight vigil. Is Shaine okay?
Lucky: She got arrested for the death of Penny.
Laura: I promise I had nothing to do with that. But you know what they say...Karma's a bitch. Now if you'll excuse me, I was in the middle of something. (Walks away from Lucky.)
INT.Jailhouse- Same
(Shaine is doing Laundry with Steph.)
Shaine: What's taking them so long?
