Chapter Seven: Forget The World.

After being let out of the hospital, Josh drove me out to his favourite spot. But I didn't see it. "Josh?" I ask. "Yeah Ty?" Josh says with a smile. "Where is you're favourite spot? I mean all I see is a bunch of trees. Is that where it is meant to be? Because everything doesn't seem like it's supposed to be..." I say whilst noticing that I kind of went into a little poetic rhyme. "Oh, well to see my favourite spot you have to close your eyes and follow me." Josh said smiling. And so we both got out of the van and I closed my eyes. I then felt something grab onto my hand and then I realised it was only Josh. We then began walking for what seemed like forever. "Can I open my eyes yet?" I ask curiously. "No. Not yet Tyler." He says in a happy tone and I assume he would be smiling because I don't know. Why wouldn't he? He then pulls me up what seem to be stairs but I wouldn't know I have to trust in Josh's guidance because he is leading me somewhere and I don't know where it is because he won't let me see anything. I then hear what seems to be a door open and so I get pulled in my the strength of Josh's hand. I hear the door close. "Okay. You can open up those beautiful eyes of yours." I hear Josh say and I open my eyes to see this amazing place. "You hide out in this place?" I ask in amazement. "No. I just come to this place to be alone and practice songs I guess. But this is the first time I've ever brought you here. I mean, this is where I can basically calm myself if I'm ever angry. I mean, I suppose the reason why I don't want to share with you the route to where this is, is... well... because it is my secret and yeah." Josh says smiling. I look around for somewhere to sit and then I see a staircase that leads to the top floor. "Can we go up there Josh? I mean we don't have to if you don't want to. It's just that I'm curious to know what's on the next floor." I say curiously. "Well... Can I let you in on a little secret?" Josh says smiling. "Uh... sure..." I say with a bit of confusion. "We are inside an actual tree that has been hollowed out so there are about four five floors to this complex. Well technically six because the sixth floor is the roof level but thats my special place for me to go and nobody else. Because if people go to the sixth floor then they will see where this place is and they would all want to come see it." Josh says before taking my hand and leading me to the second floor. I then looked at how beautiful it was and so I said "Josh this is beautiful.." He ignores me and takes me to the third floor before saying "This is our floor." I smile at Josh and run over to the bed and carefully get in it because I didn't want to jump into it because I wasn't sure how strong this tree was. Man. I can't believe this is a tree. "Dude, move your self over because I wanna be in it too." Josh says with a bit of an annoyed tone. "Oh hehe yeah right..." I say with embarrassment before moving over and letting Josh get into the bed to sit beside me. I then look and see there is a TV, a video game system and most importantly a wi-fi box. Honestly Josh just keeps impressing me and I love it. "So, how do you love our floor?" Josh asks me before poking me. I smile and say "I... I love it Josh..." I then found myself staring into his beautiful mocha coloured eyes and realising that they looked like a dark chocolate river because they were just that beautiful. "I knew you'd like it. Ooh! I almost forgot, I made popcorn for us. I mean, I remembered what you said when I came over to your place that one time. But we never got to have a proper night with each other to watch movies because... well... we had to go pick up your family. Anyways... I'll go get the hot Joshcorn hehe." He said before getting out of the bed and going down to the second floor (which I assumed to be the kitchen area) and getting the popcorn. I then blushed a little bit in embarrassment. Like why did he remember that I said that about him. I then look at the little bookcase and saw that instead of it being filled with books, it was filled with various video games and movies. And so I searched through the movies that Josh had and I finally picked out a random movie for us to watch. When he came back he took the movie off me and said "NO! WE DO NOT WATCH THAT!" I was curious as to why he took the movie off me but then shrugged it off and said "Okay well what do you want to watch?" I then heard the movie hit the floor as Josh smiled awkwardly before saying "Well, um, how about some old movie like..." I look at him and say "Like what?" He then gives me the popcorn and goes over to the movie, picks it up and walks up all the way to the top where I can't even see him anymore. What on earth is up with my best fren?

I manage to make it up to the sixth floor (which is a place for me only and no-one else). I then sit on the ledge and look at the movie in which I didn't want to find out about because it was a secret moment that happened to me when I was alone here one day. I look at the title and it says 'Josh Discovers Time Travel In Order To Destroy Bananas.' I then look down and I see it's a long way to the bottom of the treehouse. I don't know what to do to keep this secret safe. I mean, I usually tend to discover a lot of things when I am alone, I mean, it's much more interesting that way. Yeah, I might be lying to Tyler by not letting him watch this movie, but I know he will tell someone and so that is why I cannot let him know. I then open up a secret area of the final floor and I place the video into it and then close it. I then look down to the see a bouncy platform situated outside the fourth floor and so I jump of the sixth floor and fall gracefully down to it. Once both my feet are on the platform I bounce onto a hard platform and then open up the glass window and crawl through it until I am inside and on the fourth floor. I then close the glass window and walk down to the third floor where I see Tyler crying. I then walk over to him and say "What's wrong Tyler?" He looks at me with a sad expression on his face and says "Josh, I fell asleep when you were gone and so then I had a dream that you died and I got so scared and now I am crying because I don't ever want to lose my best fren. Okay Josh. You gotta promise me that no matter what, you WILL NOT die. Not now. Not ever." I smile and say "Tyler, it's okay. I'm not going anywhere." I then watch as Tyler falls asleep before picking up Tyler and take him out of the forest and back to my car and put him in the passenger side. I then get in the drivers side and drive him back to his house. Once there, I took his house key out of his pocket and then walked up to the door and unlocked it. I then went back and got Tyler and brought him into this home and put him on the lounge. I then put his house key onto the table and locked the door from the inside as I left. I then got back in my car and drove away.
