Chapter 3: Chains from the past

The next day, (y/n) didn't left her room even if the servants asked her to open the door. She wasn't able to calm herself during the night and that was a problem for her now. All the night she was unable to sleep because the prince was in the next room and that makes her nervous. How will she explain about this to Izana if he finds her like that? She was thinking in a way to avoid him today.

The servants begged her to open so that they can give her the breakfast she ignored them saying that she didn't need it at all. Her body was different from the others so she will be alright even if she didn't eat anything for days. (y/n) was only waiting for those annoying persons to leave so that she go out for a while to see if she could return to her to her mature appearance.

Finally after a while, the servants finally desisted and retreated giving her the opportunity left the room without anyone notices. (y/n) starts to run to the more closest castle wall hopping she could leave by there but she collide with someone and falling over he. She gets up and apologized by that but when she opened her eyes, her eyes widened in surprise. Why of all the people, she ended up crashing with the first prince?

She offered him a hand to help him gets up hopping he will not find out about her current state. As soon as Izana was alright, she bowing to him before leaving as fast as she can without waiting to hear what Izana was about to say. She jumped the wall without any difficulties and now she was walking in the streets of the city seeing her surroundings.

She was calmed now but her body didn't grow. When Shin says stay calm, he was referring to the mental state too? At the outside she was completely calm but her mind was completely confused. If only Arthur was there, he could have helped her but he disappeared and she doesn't know where he was. When (y/n) finally managed to organize her mind a bit she realized that she was lost, again.

That part of the city was unfamiliar and everything was different from the city she used to see every day when she was searching for Izana. She could just use that strange symbol in the necklace Izana gave to her but if she does that then the prince could know about this strange curse over her.

—Are you alright? Do you need help? — A female voice asked her. A beautiful blonde* woman appeared in front of her with a worried face. Her beautiful green eyes was staring at the young girl waiting an answer from her but the (h/c) haired girl only shakes her head from side to side.

—No, but thank you onee-san — (y/n) bowed before continue with her way leaving that woman behind.

~Izana's P.O.V. ~

I searched along all the hallways and rooms I could in the palace but there's no sign of the child from this morning. She could look more young a bit different but I can say for sure that she was (y/n).She couldn't have gone so far with that body of hers so why I cannot find her even if I have all the guards looking for her?

I was so worried to find the girl that I didn't notice when Haki arrived at the castle just as we agreed some weeks ago. She looks concerned about the sudden hustle in the palace.

—What are you guys doing? — She asked following me as I keep walking.

—We are searching for a girl with (h/c) hair. Sorry if I cannot welcome you properly but I need to find her no matter what...— Yeah, there's no time I could lose now with Haki, if (y/n) decides to leave me I wouldn't be able to discover from where I know her...—

—Are you talking about a child about eight years old with (h/c) hair and peculiar (e/c) eyes? — Haki asked still following me. That surprises me because it match perfectly with (y/n) appearance —
