Hope you guys like it *nervous laughter*
What I want,
And ask for,
Is your hand,
Intertwined with mine.
And just with that,
I could take you to paradise,
And beyond. (ASTGHFIRULLAH!!! 😝)
We could outlive,
Romeo and Juliet.
We could glimmer,
Much more than,
Barbie and Ken.
You could be Darcy,
And I could be your Elizabeth,
And we could love each other,
Till forever.
We could rewrite,
Catherine and Heathcliff's story,
After all dark days,
And have a happy ending,
Unlike them.
We could shine brighter,
Than the stars,
Hovering above us.
But in spite of all the things,
That we could do,
I just ask,
For your hand in mine,
And a smile locked forever on your face.
You deserve much more,
Than you already have.
You shall shine brighter,
In these verses of mine,
Than in people's memories,
Like how,
Shakespeare's friend did,
In his beautiful Sonnets.
