Danny and Jane come back home after Jane's chemotherapy. Danny has aready told her, that Renfro was there. They open the door and both are talking about it. John is alone in the livingroom as they come in.
Jane: Is that true? Was Renfro here? Seriously?
John: Hey, Jane! how are you? How are you feeling? OH! I am fine thanks!
Danny: Can you please stop it? You are like brother and sister! Ok, what does he want? What did he say?
John: For a person who doesn't want to talk about him or wants to see him, you are asking a lot.
Jane: Come on John, what does he want?
John: How do you know that he wants something? (both girls look at him) OK, he needs our help.
Jane: What? Oh come on! Again! Does he not have another friend? or family? Where are these people? Are we the only one who can help him?? Seriouslly?
Danny: Jane wait. Tell me John. What does he want?
John: The government open a case against him... and the traffic boss, Jackson.
Danny was in shock as she heart the name Jackson.
Danny: did you say Jackson?
John: Yes. He is the biggest drug dealer in LA and maybe of all the states around. Renfro said that Jackson says to CIA that he has been also a part of the gang. So, now Renfro has to prove the opposite. and that is why... (Danny interrupts him)
Danny: He needs us to be witnesses for him, right?
John: Yes, it is right.
Jane: Oh my God. That means... He is realy involved with the traffic? Jesus! He realy needs our help.
John: Yes Jane! This is serious. He is going to testify agaist Jackson and prove that he isn't in the gang.
Jane: But John, if this Jackson realy dangerous is, Why should Renfro testify against him? It is crazy. Jackson can kill him if he wants.
John: I said Renfro that. But he said that he has to do it to protect someone.
Danny: Who?
John: You know who.
Jane: Who??? Tell me!
In this moment Jane get sick and put her hand on his mouth.
Jane: Oh god, I have to vomit! And NO, I don't need your help.
She goes fast to the bathroom and close the door. Danny and John stay in the livingroom alone. john looks to Danny like he wants something.
Danny: Don't!
John: Danny, he needs us! He is in trouble!
Danny: John there is no problem for me if you want to testify. You and Jane, you can do this. No problem. I will be fine here. We only have to talk to Jane's doctor. He would say if she can fly or not.
John: Danny... He needs you, your testify. You were his girlfriend at the time when everything happened.
Danny: Me???? Noway! No! I won't.
John: Danny, His situation is not good.
Jane come back to the livingroom and talks again to John and Danny.
Jane: So.
Danny: Are you ok?
Jane: Oh yes I am fine. So, When should we go back to USA?
