Ryan's P.O.V.
"Receipt?" Derek asked once I got back home. I handed him the receipt, walking to my room without saying another word. Before I closed my door I heard my dad say something to Derek.
"It's going to take her some time to forgive you Derek. That was her first ever ukulele." I closed the door and sat on my bed thinking about today's events.

"Ryan it's time for dinner!" My mom shouted. I quickly got up and made way to the kitchen and sat down at the table. Dinner was pretty quiet and nobody brought up what happened.
"Ryan." I heard someone say brining me out of my thoughts.
"Yea?"
"Uncle Liam is picking you and Derek up tomorrow to take you somewhere." It was Liam that bought me my ukulele a couple years ago. He played when he was younger and taught me everything I know today. I remember him sitting me down one day and teaching me, he had his ukulele in his hand and I had mine. That day I learned how to play 'Somewhere Over the Rainbow'
"Where are we going?" I asked.
"No idea. You know how he likes taking you guys random places to play and all." My dad responded. Liam was my dads younger brother by a year and had a thing for last minutes trips. Once when Derek and I were younger he randomly showed up and took us to England. Just cause he wanted to.
"Ok. I'm gonna go take a shower and head to bed. Goodnight everyone."
"Night Ryan" choruses throughout the room as I head towards the back of the house and to my room. Changing my clothes into something more comfortable I begin thinking over the events that happened today. Waking up, playing music, eating lunch, finding out Twenty Øne Piløts is in town, a broken ukulele, a new ukulele, and ukulele boy. I begin thinking how he looked somewhat familiar from the back. I've didn't get too see his face I was looking down before I ran out. I just hope maybe I run into him again. Not literally but I wanna look at his face and talk to him, but I doubt that. I'm too socially awkward.

The next morning I wake up and immediately put on my clothes for the day. I brushed through my hair and started walking towards the kitchen while styling my it in two french braids. I made a bowl of cereal and headed back to my room to eat it.
"Ryan?!" I heard my mom shout. I quickly shoved the last bite of cereal in my mouth and went to the kitchen.
"Yes mother?" I said kindly.
"Ryan!" I heard a familiar voice say. I looked towards the side door and there stood my uncle Liam. I ran over and gave him a hug.
"Your brother is putting his shoes on and already loaded his box drum, mics, amps, and wires in my car. Go get your shoes on and we can go!" He said enthusiastically. I clapped my hands and went to the bathroom to brush my teeth and touch up my makeup. I went into my room and packed my bag and grabbed my ukulele putting it in my backpack. I threw on my shoes and looked at myself in the mirror making sure my outfit looked pulled together.
"Ok. Let's go." I said throwing my backpack on and walking out my room. I made sure to turn out the light and close the door before I continued on my way.
"So where exactly are we going?" Derek asked as we got in the car.
"You'll see. We're gonna be driving for a while though." Liam replied as we drove down the road. I decide to put my earbuds in and before I know it I'm asleep listening to my lovely music.
