Ryan's POV

I looked around at the different ukuleles before Dale the worker showed up.

"You two need any suggestions or anything?" Dale asked. I just ignored him.

"Yea. Which of these would you recommend?" The other guy looking at the ukuleles asked. I looked over at him through the corner of my eye. He was a definitely taller than me by a few inches. He had brown hair and what looked to be brown eyes. I quickly looked away and picked up an all black ukulele. I check to see if it was in tune and since it wasn't I quickly tuned it by ear. I put it up to my ear and strummed it lightly trying not to interrupt Dale and the brown haired, brown eyed, ukulele playing boy. I kept the black one in hand while picking up another one, this one was a natural wood color. I looked at both of them side by side trying to decide which one I want when my phone went off

Saydi lady🌸: Just by looking at the back that dude has he seems attractive. Talk to him ya boob!

I turned around to see Saydi looking at some vinyls they had in store.

To Saydi lady🌸: No! You know I don't talk to strangers.

Saydi lady🌸: Fine then. I'll have to come and play match maker.

To Saydi lady🌸: OH PLEASE NO!

I put my phone in my back pocket and continued to look at the small instruments. I put the natural wood colored one back on the rack and went to look at more on the other side of the guy, who I have now named 'ukulele boy'

I looked over my shoulder toward where Saydi once was and saw she wasn't there. I felt someone shove me and I bumped into the boy.

"Oh my gosh. I am so sorry. Someone shoved me and I bumped into you. I am so sorry." I said quickly walking away, not letting him reply. I walked up to the register and put the black ukulele on the counter.

"Did you find everything alright?" The cashier asked ringing up the instrument. I just quickly nodded my head and payed.

"Have a nice day." The cashier said handing me the ukulele and the receipt. I took them both and practically ran out the store.

"I hate you." I said to Saydi who was sitting outside the music store.

"Did you talk to him? Did you see his face? Was he attractive?" She quick fired questions at me.

"I said I was sorry. I did not see his face I was looking down. And I don't know Saydi! I ran off like the shy wimp I am." I replied shoving the receipt in my back pocket.

"You totally should have said something!" Saydi said shoving me slightly. I roll my eyes as I lean up against the brick wall of the store.

"What are we gonna call him until we actually meet him? We need to talk to Alexis about this." Saydi said pulling out her phone. I assumed she texted Alexis.

"She'll be on your side anyway." I mumbled strumming the ukulele quietly. "Let's call him ukulele boy for now I guess."

"I got here as fast as I could. Who's the mystery dude?" Alexis said out of breath. Saydi nodded her head towards the door of the music store. Alexis went in and came back out.

"Brown hair, kinda tall, ukulele?" She asked. Saydi nodded her head in response. "And you didn't talk to him? Ry it looks like you guys have a lot in common!" She said as we started to walk down the street.

"Well I'll never see him again anyway. He will forever be known as ukulele boy."

Unknown POV

"What's with the look on your face man?" My friend asked me.

"A girl just bumped into me while I was looking at ukuleles." I replied holding the ukulele I was planning on buying.

"Was she cute?"

"Yea I guess. She kinda just quickly said an apology and ran off. I don't know. It was weird."

"Did she buy a ukulele or something? Did you get her name?"

"No I didn't get her name. She left too quickly."

"You should have said something! You could have her number right now."

"Well now I just know her as ukulele girl."

My friend and I were at Disney once and we saw this guys back and we looked at each other and said "he seems like he would be attractive" and he was. I used that event to come up with Saydi's text to Ryan 😂
