Tally Youngblood POV: 

I just sat at the edible table trying to get more experience for this. It wasn't much considering I wasn't Thalia... I stood to make my way to the shelter making station. Only two girls sat at the station, the girl from three and eleven. I just sat down and begun to work on the shelters. It was boring but I wasn't one for throwing my skill out there. 

Sure I didn't have much to go on but I could survive. I picked up a knife and quickly carved a notch to get these wooden poles to fit together. The girl from Eleven, a darker girl watched me carefully.

"You're good," She noted.

"Thanks, Name's Tally you?" I asked. 

"Nalla, this is Kiki. We've pretty much been doing this together." Nalla took my hand and shook it. "If we're going to die, it's better together right?" 

"Who said anything about dying? You should be aiming to win." I urged.

"Well we aren't exactly the careers now are we?" Nalla smirked.

"You got a point there but they don't have to be the only alliance you know..." I smiled.

"You want to join up with us?" Kiki asked.

"Yes, now how about we work on weapons? We seem to be good at basics but we'll need to be able to defend ourselves..." I stood from the ground.

"Sure, but why?" Kiki asked.

"Because if we're going to die we might as well do it with a fight." Nalla answered her.

"Let's try the knives." I pointed out.

"I'm not good with close up," Nalla informed me.

"Then go get a bow and start shooting we've got practicing to do. Kiki what are you good at that you know of?" I asked.

"Knifes but mostly to cut fruit, I've handled a cane cutter," she answered.

"A what?" I turned to her confused. What was that?

"A sugar cane cutter it's electric and can cut things down. I know how to make those by hand I was bored once and went cutting the sugar cane in my backyard." Kiki shrugged.

She went to a side with weapons and picked a scythe though something was weird about it. It was mechanical as she picked it up and weakly attacked a dummy. "This thing needs some modifications... I'll turn it into perfection before the private session..." she murmured taking it over to an electronic station.

"She has a thing for electronics being from district three and all..." Nalla murmured.

"I see just as long as she can get a weapon practice in her. What about you?" I looked to her full on now.

"My bow work needs work but I'll get it also I can try a harpoon," she offered.

"Who's your muscles?" I asked.

"Strong enough to help people into trees and carry ten pound baskets." 

"Good enough, I'll be working on Knifes I guess. I prefer no violence but we'll need to be good..." I murmured. 

"Then be strategy, I'll guard us I guess, maybe an axe for you, since you're from the lumber district?" She offered.

"I don't know..." I sighed. "I'll figure it out.."

I made my way to some weird looking star it had five point blades and some turned in. I threw it at a dummy to watch it land in it's chest. I gasped and dropped them this shall be interesting, I might work with those later...
