The pain... I groaned trying to break free of the damn knives. I had loosened the left hand as best I could. I could see the clock in the sky ticking down. Ten minutes...

I thrashed harder against the knives. I needed to get free!

"Derrick!"

A familiar voice called out from the forest. Thank god! She is a life savor. I groaned falling back as my vision startled to blur again.

"bzzzz...."

What in the world? The buzzing got louder and louder. Until I felt something land on my arm. I lifted my head. Gah! A small black and white striped bug was crawling up my blood covered arm. I thrashed trying to shoo it away from me.

"God damn!" I hissed as it stuck its little stinger into me.

The world around me started to go blurry. What was going on? I moaned as I felt the darkness coming closer.

Hands clamped down on my arms as the restraints were finally gone... I looked up to see the vague outline of Jaclyn.

"Derrick!" She had a helmet on and was holding one for me...

Jaclyn Hendrix POV:

No no! Who the hell did this?! I growled as I forced the helmet on him and backpack as well. He was bleeding horribly. I threw my bag down and began cleaning his wounds. He kept blacking in and out of the world around him. This had to be Angela's doing!

If it wasn't the designs in him or the certain blades I wouldn't have known. I wrapped his hands and leg. His foot was caked in blood. What had the bitch done!

"God sakes Derrick at least wake up!" I groaned heaving him up. "I'm strong but lugging your ass is a pain."

I heard his chuckle break through his lips as he began to breath. I set him down finally giving up near the river. I glared at the sky, the sponsors could at least send him medicine!

"Some medicine would be nice!" I shouted at them.

In a minute a parachute came down and landed beside me. That's what I thought! I smirked grabbing it and opening it. It was a cream. I quickly rubbed him down with the cream. He hissed a little as it touched his burning skin.

I sat down and watched the clock on the sky tick down to ten seconds.

9...8...7...6...5...4...3...2...1...

In mere seconds around us became grey. The helmet came to life bringing clarity of the fog. Well sort of. It was enough to see what was going on. I heard a groan from below me. I scrambled to get off of Derrick. His had gripped my arm. His eyes shining up at me causing me to smile.

"Thanks..." He croaked out. "Shall we be getting back to the cabin? I'm sure the others are waiting..."

"We might want to find another, I left those two and Ozzy never came back." I said, looking up as he stood no longer bleeding or in pain.

"I don't give up my cabin to no body. We found it and we keep it. Either they'll get out or we kill them." Derrick smirked.

I just stared up at him but smiled right back. "Or can we kill them anyways?" I asked batting my lashes at him.

"Hm," He pretended to think it over. "Sure, how can I deny you babe?"

He led us through the river to the other side. Look out, look out where ever you are, Pricsilla and Nathaniel you're dead!
