Chapter 16 ~ Till Death do us Apart.

I sneaked out of the Party and Went to meet Nandini. My happiness had no boundaries and in that Particular moment, Nothing else mattered. Two years. I waited for 2 damn years to see this day and to be very honest, I was very doubtful about this but then again, as they say, true love always find it's way. If it's meant to be, it will be. I reached the Garden, breathless. The view infront of My eyes was enough to set my heart on Fire. The love of my life was Standing Right Infront of my eyes, with a Million Dollar Smile on her face and a Jar of Beautiful Fireflies in her hand. What did I do to deserve this Girl? I asked My heart. I slowly walked towards her, smiling like an idiot. She Stood there, crossing her arms and giving me that Naughty yet mischievous look. "So? Someone was asking for their Birthday Gift. Did they get it already?" She Smirked. I raised an eyebrow at her and held her hand, "Miss Nandini Murthy, did you just propose me?" She blushed. She really did. "What if I say, I'm just Playing around?" She spoke, Making that Oh-so-smart Face. "In that Case, I'll say, you're a good player." I laughed and her cheeks turned red like a tomato. "You're Precious Nandini, You're just too Precious for me." And on that note, I embraced her into a bone crashing hug, absorbing all the Pain I had given her in the Past. In that Particular Moment, I felt complete. As if the Main purpose of my living has been fulfilled. "Now will you bother explaining me everything?" She asked, still in the hug. "Explain What?" I questioned, tightening my grip. "Is love in the Air for Manik Malhotra and Gia Khan?" Her question made me go week on my knee. No! No, God no! I don't want to Spoil this. "I trust you Manik. I understand that being in the Limelight is not easy. I understand that it's normal in this industry. I understand this happens and I'm Quite sure Many hurdles will come our way in the future too but I just want you to know one thing, No one and Nothing can cause any harm to us untill we give it the Power to affect Us. See, as far as I'm Concerned, Just know that I understand. But from today, we're going on a new journey of our life, together. It's not going to be easy at all. This time, I want you to Promise me something." My eyes twinkled hearing her soothing words which managed to bring a wide smile on my face. "Anything for you." I said, breaking the hug, but still holding her by her arms. "As you said, I'm Precious to you. Just like that, Youre Precious to me. Way more than any other thing in this entire world. Promise me that this time, kuch bhi hojaye, You won't keep it to yourself. You will tell me. Don't you dare just disappear taking all the luggage containing pain and hurt with you. You know, you can count on me. Always." She said, holding my hand and looking into my eye.  "I promise Nandini. This time, I'll do anything it takes to keep this relationship. I'll never let anything separate us. You and Me, are going to be Forever." She blushed, moving an inch away. I slowly moved closer. Her heart beat, it was racing. I could clearly see that in her eyes. "Acha waise Nandini, ek baat to bataou." I spoke, smirking. "What?" She asked, trying to avoid my strong gaze. "Wo Gia hai to beautiful, haina?" I questioned looking at her through the corner of my eye. "Mr Manik Malhotra, Guess what? Bohat Purani trick hogayi hai yeh. Bring something new and Oh yes, Don't you dare use your Gia card against me." She snapped, rolling her eyes. "Warna?" I teased. "Warna, who knows? God Might Send Someone for me too!" She laughed, causing my blood to boil. "You Wish!" I shot back, angrily. "Okay Mr Monster Malhotra, Don't put much stress on your tiny little microscopic brain. Let's go now warna you know, bahar Cabir bhi hai aur Sneha bhi. And just imagine what a deadly combination they can turn out be!" Freak! She was right.

As we went back to the Main Hall, it looked like all of them were waiting for us only. They looked at us as if we had committed a crime. "What? Aise kia dekhrahe ho?" I asked. "To aur kaise dekhte hain? Teri Birthday pey tu humay topi karakar gayab hogaya and then what do you expect from us? That we come and hug you?" Snapped Cabir. "Kia kia hua phir?" Sneha asked Curiously, with a million dollar smile on her face. "What do you mean Kia hua?" Nandini Questioned, avoiding her gaze. "What the hell? Kuch hua he nahi?" Asked Mukti, angrily though. "Kuch BHI Nahi?" Cabir joined. "Guys, Chuck it. Kia bakwas karhay ho?" I spoke angrily, "Jo hona tha Hogaya. We are not answerable to anyone. Got it?" I said, pointing my finger at Cabir. "So is it Official?" Everyone Questioned in Unison. They were way more excited than us. "Guys listen, this should stay between us only, okay? You all know how this industry is. Kisi ko bhi pata chala na then humdono subha ki breaking news aur raat ki headlines banjaenge and humari private life ka publicly tamasha banjaega. So please, be careful?" I tried to make them understand the weakness of this relationship which was obviously, the Limelight I was surrounded with, all the time. Deep down inside, I knew this will bring many problems in our life but nothing could change the fact that, Without Nandini, Life is just not worth living.

Nandini's POV.

The lound Ringtone of My Cellphone broke My Slumber. I picked it up and answered Senselessly, "Kia hai Sneha, Let me sleep baba."

"Really Nandini? Your Boyfriend is calling you early morning and tumhe Sneha ki pari hai?" Boyfriend? My eyes widened hearing that and I immediately threw away the blanket from my face, "Manik tum? Are you mad? Kisi ne sunlya to? Kal ki headlines pata hai kia hogi phr? Actor Manik Malhotra Caught talking to His Secret Girlfriend." And even though I could not see his face, I could practically imagine him laughing uncontrollably. "Acha haina, isi bahane meri Not-So-Romantic Girlfriend thori to insecure hogi." I sighed. God, this guy will end up in trouble someday because of this careless attitude. "Acha Manik, ab rakho phone. What if someone overhears our conversation? Khud to phansogay mujhe bhi phansaoge." I warned, Strictly. "Yaar Nandini, Itna kyu sochti ho? Vanity ki van ke door per Cabir dhawan Nazar rakhraha hai, Kaun ayega?" Why did I forget that Jahan meri soch khatam hoti hai, Manik Malhotra ki shuru hoti hai. "Acha chalo ab jaldi sey ao, I miss you already." He continued. "Okay mae aati hun but Manik remember that we work at the Same place so just be careful around me." It was very important to remind him because Mr Manik Malhotra, doesn't give a damn about anyone or anything. My Monster is just too possesive and carefree and I'm just too much in love with him.

"Manik, Sun? Ye Naya larka kaun aya hai?" Asked a worried Cabir, who rushed into Manik's vanity.

"Kaun Naya Larka?," He thought, "Oh acha acha, Must be that guy, can't remember his name but han Bataya ta Director nay mujhe, he's playing the negative character in the Movie. Why?"

"Nandini uski measurements waghera lerahi thi bahir. Movie tak to theek hai, Make sure kahin real life me Negative role na play karney lagjaye." Manik's blood started to boil out of anger and it was clearly evident from his face. He threw his coffee mug and stepped out of the Vanity angrily leaving Cabir and the Spot boy in state of Shock.
