Chapter 12

Emilys POV

I fluttered my eyes open. John was beside me shirtless. He slept so peacefully. It was adoreable. I was only in my bra and panties. I quietly got up and got my rob on. I tipped toed to where my phone was charging. I unlocked my phone and noticed I got a missed call. And a text. I opened the text. From a weird number. "Hey! It's Chucks friend, Robbie. Chuck called me and told me about youre singing. I heard you on a CD he sent me. You're amazing! How about stopping by the studio? It's two blocks from Starbucks. It's called RB Studio's. If you are as good as I hear, you can started preforming ASAP! Hope to see you soon!!" I silently cheered. I closed my phone then went over to John. I shook him so he would wake up. "John!" I yelled. He blinked a few times and mummbled. "What?" I told him the news. He sat up. "That's great!" He said. I cheered some more then I quickly went to get ready. I straightened my hair, got on a turquoise longsleeve with a white scarf with a little turquoise on it. I wore skinny jeans and white flats. John got ready as well. After an hour we were done. 

RB STUDIO

I was so nervous I was shaking. John held onto my hand as we walked in. It wasn't hard to find the place. Rob was in the booth cleaning. He noticed us as we walked in. "You must be Emily!" He said happily. He set his stuff down then gave me a hug. I gave him a warm hug. John and him did a 'manly' hug. "So what do you want me to do?" I asked. John went over and sat in a spinning chair. "Could you sing Finally Found You By Enrique Iglesias?" He asked. "The lyrics are there." He added pointing at the stand in the booth. I smiled and nodded. He lead me into the booth. Then he rushed out. John was on the other side smiling away. I was soooo nervous. This was it. It breaks or helps my singing carreer. He started the music. And counted down from 5. I took in a deep breathe and grabbed the sheets with the lyrics on it. Then when he told me to go. I started.
