Chapter 42 - A twisted turn of events

Ariana's POV

The three of us  talked for a couple of hours before Jai told us he had to leave. I was upset he had to go since I hadn't had much fun before talking to him.

Ariana: bye Jai , I'll see you around

He wrapped his arms around my small waist, and I wrapped mine around his neck. He soon let go and the corners of his lips tugged into a beautiful smile.

Jai: Bye Ariana Bye Jennette

When Jai left me and Jenn were left in an comfortable silence as we watched the newest Sam and Cat episode.

Jenn: So ....what happened with Nathan

She was the first person I told about Nathan cheating. I was heartbroken and wanted to avoid boys forever but my heart told me to pick up the phone and call Jai.

I was glad I did, I haven't been that happy in a while and hanging out with him made me feel free. Free from all the stress Nathan had caused.

Ariana: Well....I was at the studio recording and Jai came along. Moments later Nathan arrived and Jai nearly punched the shit out of him but of course I stopped them.......Then Nathan and I talked it through and were fine now

Jennettes reaction told me she taught I was crazy

Jenn: Why did you forgive him. I wouldn't .........This is stupid when Jai 'cheated' on you, you didn't give him a chance yet he respected your decision

My mind went blank. I had no idea what to tell her. She was right, it is unfair but I had no choice.

Jenn: I'll give you some time to think this through

She got up and went to her room, probably going to talk to her boyfriend. I'm really glad she got a boyfriend. Now she knows how it feels to be in love.

I sat there quietly while my thoughts fought with eachother. It was so quiet I could hear the clock ticking.

Did I make a mistake by taking Nathan back? Should I give Jai a second chance?

I closed my eyes and entered a world of darkness. Everything was pitch black, except a small tint of whit due to the sun that was hitting my eyes.

I thought about Jai , and how much fun we had when we were together. There was rarely any drama and I liked it that way. Our weekly traditions which was watching a movie together wheter he was there or not.

It was silly how we would watch movies while we were on skype. Liz once saw me sleeping next to my computer as close to the screen as possible and the credits of the last movie rolling.

I then thought about Nathan. He is an absoulute gentleman. But I can't say he's that funny. He says quite alot of jokes that are actually really cheesy but I laugh at his attmept at being funny.

It was then I realized, I didn't deserve Nathan. I still loved Jai with all my heart and I didn't want Nathan to think I loved him.

Yo my beautiful people!! Its been a long time! sorry if this chapter is short! I'm leaving this beautiful country in less than 24 hours and I'm absoloutely excited to see my grandparents again!! Where are you guys celebrating christmas?
