Icarus and I headed in into a large room filled with books and fabric of all sorts. "Just stand there please." He pointed to the center of the room. It was a small a round podium that where I was able to stand so he could fix the front of the dress. "I'm going to have to replace some of these flowers." I looked down at him, as he cuts one by one. Meantime he did that, I looked around the room.

It was awfully larger than his personal one back in the kingdom. "So, I assume this room was also given to your grandparents?" He looks up and searches around. "Of course, now it's all mine, if you can't tell already." He smiles and focuses back to sewing the new pieces together.

"I hope I didn't interrupt anything." A familiar voice comes from the doorway. It was prince Gabriel. The devilish looking man. I knew someone was following us. The more I see him the more I began to dislike him.

"Gabriel! Come in. I was just replacing a stain from ELora's dress here." He walks in slowly with a guilty face. I look up and down at him and then turn my head away from his direction.

"I wanted to speak to ELora. But you don't have to leave. I just..." He takes a deep breathe. "I just wanted to apologize." Icarus and I both turn our heads. "Whoa whoa. Since when do you apologize first?" Icarus says continuing to sew faster and faster. "What do you mean by that Icarus?" I asked.

He giggles. "Well, Gabriel is so used to princess' always asking for forgiveness. He hardly ever apologizes first. Like just now." I look back at Gabriel. "Is that true?"

His face and ears turn red. "Yes." He mumbles. His eyes search around the room avoiding eye contact with me. "Alright you're all set!" I smile "Thank you Icarus!"

"So?" I turn back to Gabriel. "So what?" He sighs and steps closer to me. "Do you forgive me for being the stupid prince I was."

I snort and then my snort turns into a laugh. "That was way too cheesy your highness! But of course, I forgive you." Even though I don't really care anymore at this point. "Thank you. One last thing. Will you dance with me tonight?"

The prince asked me to dance with him. Why me? Out of all women in that ballroom. And not even that, we were in the wrong place and time for him to ask me. I think about it. Should I really accept or decline his offer?

"I'm sorry I'm going to have to pass your highness." Icarus and Gabriel both look at me in shock. "What?! You can't be serious ELora!" Icarus looked very serious and completely shocked about my answer.

"Do you know how many women would love to dance with the future king of all land and sea?!" I shrug my shoulders. "Look, I really want to go back to the party. Now gentlemen, will you excuse me?" I head out the room and I thank Icarus before I leave.

I hear Icarus' laughter after I walk out the room. "That's the first time you've ever been rejected!" He laughs even harder. I turn back to see all the commotion. "I can't breathe!" I look back into the room, and see Icarus sitting on the podium I was standing on, just laughing at the prince.

"Is that how it feels like to be rejected?" He nods his head. "Welcome to the world rejection, we've been waiting for you." He chuckles finally calming down. "Wow, ELora is something isn't she?" Gabriel looks at Icarus. "Oh don't you even dare with her! Besides you still have things with Ocarina." Icarus stays silent. "Ahh, her and I are done for good. But now there is someone I'm very interested in getting to know."

The two boys laugh. "Just back off ELora. I have a good feeling about her." Icarus chuckles and paces across the room to grab something. "Good luck with that after being rejected by her."

"Hey, I know my ways."

"Hm." This prince really wants to play? Fine, I'll show him. For every word that comes out his mouth, it will be no from me.
