§∞So Jin's POV∞§

"Miss are you sure you don't want me to call the master?" Asks Bertram our butler, he is half Korean half French, that's why he has an accent.

"Yes, Bertram I'm sure," I told him politely. Just because I'm a rebel doesn't mean I have to be rude to our Butler. That's just snobby and wrong. "I'm going to the Han River." I told him as I grabbed my backpack and made my way to the door.

"Wait miss," he shouted and I stopped, "What?" I said in my hurry-up-voice, "Why don't you rest first? Its been a really long flight for you and you probably haven't adjusted yet." I know that he is just making sure I be here all day, I mean who wouldn't be surprise after seeing their young miss all of a sudden after 6 years. Obviously auntie called to him about it already. But why didn't she tell my dad and the others about it? Even Shima didn't know.

I ignore these thoughts and make my way around the area. It seems that there are now idols living in the White Eagle Village Estate (Her Neighborhood). I guess that's why there are gates now. I notice that there are a few more houses that were added during the years, some modern, some European, and some contemporary ones too. Daebak.

I wander around the neighborhood some more, acknowledging the increase of new tenants, and disgusted at the thought of all the new obnoxious neighbors. After about walking through half of the village, I finally decided to go to the Han River. I go out the village gates and the same guard from earlier called out to me.

"E-excuse me, Miss!" I stop in front of the small guard Booth(Idk what it's called) and glare at the guard.

"What!?" I say, pissed at what he did earlier. But the fact that my dad or even my siblings, didn't tell him that I was part of the Im family was the one that peeved me more.

"About earlier, I'm really sorry, Miss. I'm new here so I didn't know that Im Jiwoo-ssi had another daughter." He genuinely apologizes bowing a few more that 90 degrees. I nod my head.

"Arasseo, Arasseo, I get it so lift your head." I tell him waving my hand upwards. "You needn't talk so formally with me, I don't care about statuses. You should at least be prideful and treat me like any normal person. After all, I'm younger than you."

He seems shocked at first. I mean it's true though, he is older than me, he should be bossy with the people younger than him, even if he is a worker. "But Miss, You're the daughter of-"I cut him off right there.

"Listen here," I look at his name tag, 'Ok Sungmin', "Sungmin-ssi, call me Im So Jin, not miss, Okay?" I exclaim my hands on my hips, getting mad at these statuses, and imagining this is how he probably gets treated by those Damn rich people.

His eyes are still wide by the time I'm done, but he manages a small smile. "Arasseo, Im So Jin," He says saying my name fearfully, as if it's gonna bite him. I nod my head in approval.

"Okay, Sungmin-ssi, Ill go now bye." I say and turn around to walk down the sidewalk.

"Take care, you brat." I hear him yell. Aaah, that's so much more better. I manage a small smile without anyone looking. It feels nice that I made him talk informally to me. It just feels wrong when someone older talks to you with formal speech.

I make it to Songpa-gu and feel the nice summer breeze. I go to the grassy field next to the river and sit down. I watch the amazing blue waters and clear my mind. I lay down on the soft grass and spread my arms, wrapping my fingers around them. I deeply inhale the fresh air and think for a moment that I am happy right now. It feels nice to be home again.
