One girl will tell you, "You are not beautiful. You are just a piece of crap."
"You need to be like Barbie to be happy," another girl will say this.
One boy will utter this to you, "I regret that I have a girl like you."
"Unlike Barbie, your life is pathetic," another boy will speak to you like this.
But I will say this to you, "Trust me, Barbie is just a doll, not a human. You don't need to imitate her life because your life has more innate beauty and values than hers."
One girl will shout out, "You are ugly. You need to have the perfect look, like Barbie."
"How can a man loves you if you are always fat like this?" another girl will ask you.
One boy will yell out loud, "You are the monster in my life. I rather have Barbie as my girlfriend."
"How can I care for you if you never pay attention to your body?" another boy will interrogated you.
But I will say this to you, "Trust me, Barbie is just a doll, not a human. You don't need to look like her because your looks are beautifully made by perfect hands, unlike her."
One girl will whisper to you, "You are not worthy of life."
"You are far from being like Barbie," another girl will mutter this to you.
One boy will hiss to you, "You are better off dead."
"If you are not my Barbie, I will leave you alone," another boy will murmur this to you.
But I will say this to you, "Trust me, Barbie is just a doll, not a human. You don't need to be her because you have the right to live your life, not theirs."

A/N: Since neither my friends or I myself never experienced anorexia, I can't fully empathize with them, although I can imagine the pain that they have to face. If any of you or your friends have experience this and want to share your story, you can comment down below. I got the idea of "barbie dolls" both from myself and a book called therapy by julixtta. I read some of her poems and stories, and they are great. I suggest you to check out her works.
If you like this story, vote for this one. If you like this book so far, add this to your reading lists. If you have any suggestions or prompts, comment below or PM me. Over and out.
