'What in the holy name of Jesus.' I muttered as we exited the elevator. The sheriff turned around after he heard the elevator doors open. Behind him a whole parade of bodies were being taken away. He'd told us some bodies were found, not an entire hockey team. 'Who found them?' Stiles asked his father. 'Argent, and he said the doctors were down there. He also said you guys might know what this thing is.' Papa Stilinski replied. 'We've got a theory.' Scott said. 'A slightly terrifying theory.' I added. 'Well the ME said they were killed somewhere else and then dumped in the tunnels.' The sheriff told us.
'What if the dread doctors are hiding the bodies?' Scott suggested. 'Why would they do that?' Kira asked confused. 'Maybe they're covering for it, protecting it like a parent would.' Stiles said. 'Protecting what?' The sheriff asked. 'A werewolf.' Scott replied. 'It's called The Beast.' Kira added. 'We know, horrifying.' Stiles said after seeing his father's reaction. 'We better figure out what we're gonna call Parish, because it looks like his dream is coming true.'

Everything was in chaos, there was a curfew, cops were walking around the school not even trying to hide their guns. Everybody seemed scared. And I also haven't heard or seen Malia in...god I don't even remember the last time I saw her. She's up to something, something with her mother. I wish she would let me help her, I know I probably won't be able to stop her but at least she wouldn't be going through it alone.
'Sam.' I screamed and spun around throwing up my leg in the process to kick my attacker. Instead I totally knocked my brother to the ground. My eyes widened and I looked across the hallway to see everybody staring at me in shock. 'On what planet were you?' Scott chuckled as scrambled back up to his feet. I sighed and ran a hand through my hair. 'I'm sorry, I was just thinking about Malia.' I shrugged. 'Well, I need your help with something.' Scott said. 'What is it?'
'It's Liam, he's up to something. Come one.' He said already dragging me outside. 'Whoa, whoa, are we gonna follow him?' I gasped. 'Boy, that's not creepy at all.' I sighed. Scott shot me a sideways glance. 'I know, I know. I made a pinky promise I'd look after him. But still, what if he's just meeting up with Mason or something?' I asked. 'He's not.' Scott replied. 'And you know that how?' I asked crossing my arms over my chest. 'True alpha.' He simply shrugged causing me to roll my eyes. 'Bruh, that excuse don't count no more.'
I decided to tag along with my brother anyway, since I'm such a good person and all that shizzle. And you know, if the kid really is up to something, I'd like to know about it and if necessary, whoop his ass. We followed Liam back to those tunnels where we once searched for him and Hayden. What the hell was he looking for there? 'Told ya...' Scott muttered next to me. 'I'm gonna kill you.' I sighed. 'Many people have tried, all failed.' He shrugged. 'So what's the plan? Walk around like a bunch of chickens until we...' Scott suddenly placed his hand over my mouth stopping me from talking. I looked up at him confused and he nodded in front of him. I turned my head, and somewhere in the darkness I could see Liam in front of us. Of course he noticed another presence so he turned around towards us. 'Hiya, sweetpea. You lost?' I questioned. 'Kinda yeah...'
I looked up at my brother, things still were a little awkward between them. Seeing as Liam tried to kill him and all... 'How'd you know I was down here?' Liam then asked. 'We followed you.' Scott replied. 'Why are you following me?'
'Why are you down here?'
'I'm just trying to figure out, this is where they took us, me and Hayden. Malia said she was down here too.' Liam said. My eyes widened and I reached forward to grab hold of his arm. 'You saw her?' I asked him. 'Yeah, she said you were right about the tunnels.' Liam said. I looked back at my brother. 'Uh, there's a turn you keep passing. It's easy to miss.' He said. 'Come on! Let's see if we can find it together!' I smiled and locked my arms with both boys. 'You're in Stiles' spot right now, you should be honoured.' I told Liam.
'Do you feel that?' Scott asked after a while. 'Like something's vibrating.' Liam said. 'Yeah, I can't tell where it's coming from though...' I said looking around the empty tunnel. Next to me Liam crouched down and held his hand above the ground. 'It's coming from everywhere.' He said. Liam let out a sigh. 'I was just trying to do something right.' He said. 'You do a lot right.' Scott told him. 'Yeah but I did one thing really wrong.'
'Hayden's alive. Everything before that doesn't matter.' I told him. 'I should. I feel like I have to do more than just say sorry.' Liam replied as he looked up at my brother. 'Actually you still haven't done that.' Scott pointed out causing me to roll my eyes. 'Back at my old school, at Devenford, I got into a fight with this kid. Knocked two of his teeth out. They made me write a letter of apology, we both knew it meant nothing. We both knew that sooner or later, we'd get into another fight. I can't just say "I'm sorry". I feel like I have to do something. Like maybe somehow I have to save your life.'
Scott crouched down as well. 'Don't worry, I'm pretty sure you'll get your chance.' He smiled. 'Not down here.' Liam shrugged. 'We've been walking around for hours and all I've been able to find is that stupid thing on the wall.' Liam said pointing at the wall behind Scott. I looked over to where he was pointing, Scott got up to his feet and walked towards the wall. 'You think it's important?' Liam asked. 'Probably.' I sighed. Scott carefully touched the circle and looked at us confused when he found out it could spin. He turned it some more and a bit further, a door suddenly appeared. I raised an eyebrow. 'Really? Man that was way too easy.' I sighed wait a shake of my head. We walked towards the door, Scott opened it and we quickly walked inside. Only to be met with another person. 'Oh for the love of crap, of course Chris Argent got here before us!' I exclaimed throwing my arms up. 'You did it.' Scott said. 'I had to.' Chris replied. More footsteps sounded and another person walked up next to Argent. 'Bloody hell.' I muttered. 'Hello Scott, how are my favourite twins?' Gerard asked. 'I haven't seen that colour on you.' Gerard than said, meaning Scott's eyes probably flashed red. 'Alpha twins I assume?' He questioned. 'There have been some complications.' I replied with a fake smile. 'Who's the old guy?' Liam asked. 'At the moment, they would call me a necessary evil, but you can call me Gerard.'
'What were you thinking?' I asked Chris with a sigh. 'That we need him.' He replied. 'I also need 10 000 dollars but I don't have it.' I shrugged. 'He's right, Samantha. If you wanna catch a werewolf like the Beast of Gévaudan you need more than one Argent.' Gerard said. 'He knows all the stories, all the folklore, everything written and everything passed down.' Chris told us. 'How convenient.' I noticed. 'Are you sure about this?' My brother asked him. 'Take a look.' He replied and motioned for us to follow him. We stood in front of a wall with a drawing on it. 'On the right is the Beast of Gévaudan, do you know what the other one is?' Argent asked us. 'Looks like a freaking hound of hell.' I muttered leaning closer towards the wall, it looked like a werewolf but surrounded by fire. 'Correct.' Gerard said much to my surprise. I jumped up smiling proudly. 'The guardian of supernatural places. They're both creatures of the night but you may know them as ordinary people during the day.' Gerard said. 'And most likely neither of them know what they are.' Chris added. Scott and Liam shared a look. 'What is it?' Chris asked. 'We found a message in Latin "Damnatio Memoriae".' He said. 'They wanted it to remember itself.' Gerard said. 'That might give us time.'
'Time for what?' Liam asked. 'To prevent this.' Chris replied before walking closer to the wall. He kicked off more of the tiles revealing more of the picture. Beneath the two fighting monsters, was a pile of bodies. 'Who are they?' Liam asked, sounding slightly worried. 'Probably all of us.' I replied.
