'Ah, should've gotten a haircut.' Papa Stilinski sighed as we entered his office. He was all suited up. 'You know, someone of your age should be happy you still have hair to cut.' Stiles pointed out. Scott and I shot him a glare. 'We think you look great.' We then told the sheriff. 'Well thank you, kids I should've had.' He smiled. Scott and I shared a proud smile as Stiles just glared ahead. 'Ah what the hell I am doing this is a terrible idea.' The sheriff then sighed and starting fumbling with his tie. Stiles quickly stopped him. 'Dad, dad, this is one date. Okay? The town of beacon hills won't implode while you're out with one woman, or man.' Stiles said. 'It's a woman, Stiles.' The sheriff said. 'Okay.' Stiles shrugged. 'A very beautiful woman.' The sheriff continued and this time Stiles frowned. 'What beautiful woman by the way?' He asked. 'None of your business, you got your own. Focus on that one.' The sheriff replied. Stiles eyed him carefully. 'I wanna know.' He said. 'Stiles, I don't need to know everything about your life either, frankly I don't even want to.' The sheriff sighed. 'Oh I'll tell you everything if you'll tell me the name.' Stiles shrugged and I quickly placed my hand over his mouth. 'No he doesn't.' I smiled at the sheriff who frowned. 'Should I be worried?' He asked. I tilted my head to the side. 'No...nope. Nothing to be worried about.' I said slowly. 'Stilinski!' Someone suddenly yelled from the other room and we all walked outside. He was handcuffed and being escorted out by Parrish, another deputy and a lawyer looking guy. 'I'm gonna kill you.' He said as soon as the sheriff stepped out of his office. 'Donovan.' Papa Stilinski sighed. 'If you think that shocks me, remember it was well documented in your anger expression inventory. Deputies, escort the prisoner out.' He said. But Donovan wasn't going anywhere. 'I'm not angry like I'm gonna throw a brick through your window. I'm angry, like I'm gonna find you, I'm gonna get a knife and I'm gonna stab you with it, until you're dead.' He said. Stiles grabbed my arm and pulled me behind him. 'And when you look at me, and you ask me why.' Donovan continued. 'Remember right now, because this is why.' He said. 'Wow that was awesome.' Stiles said dryly after a few moments of silence. 'That was awesome, that was great. Can we do one more? Can you give us another one? Maybe a little like Christopher Walking this time?' He asked and I rolled my eyes. Donovan didn't reply. 'Alright, it's fine. You know, you'll have plenty of time to work on it when you're in your tiny little cell, you know? Just stuck there. Forever.' Stiles said. The sheriff turned around and shot his son a look. Donovan turned around to walk away with the deputies holding onto his arms but he suddenly turned around and lunched forward only to be pulled back by the two deputies holding him. 'Get him out of here!' The sheriff exclaimed. 'What the hell is anger expression inventory?' Scott asked. 'It's a test you take when you're planning to become a deputy.' Stiles replied. 'That guy wanted to be a cop?' Scott asked with wide eyes. 'At least now he was getting the full law enforcement experience.' Stiles replied with a shrug. We left the sheriff station and got into Stiles' jeep. I sat in the back texting Malia, she was out with Kira and Lydia at the moment for some more driving lessons. I've been doing really well, Mr. Yukimura said I'm an excellent student. Not that I was doubting. I've driven Stiles' jeep before, just without a license. Woops. Stiles let out an annoyed sigh. The jeep wasn't starting again. Scott looked at him a little worried. 'It's anxiety. Basically all you'll ever get off him.' I said. 'Yeah, I'm well aware of how you all monitor my emotional state.' Stiles said. He turned the key again and when she wouldn't start again he slammed his hand against the wheel. 'You okay?' Scott asked. Stiles sighed. 'Alright.' He said getting out his phone. 'That was from Braeden a few hours ago.' He said handing Scott his phone. I leaned forward and looked at the picture. Basically, dead guys. A lot of dead guys. 'That's the first real bit of information we've gotten on the Desert Wolf in months.' Stiles said. 'The Desert Wolf did this?' I asked with wide eyes. 'Yeah, and I'm the one who's been pulling on this thread.' Stiles said. 'Maybe you should stop.' Scott replied. 'Well it's not up to me.' Stiles shrugged. He turned the key again and this time the jeep decided to work along and start.
