The thundering hoofs slow to a stop as Hakan was calling for the rest of the centaurs to take a break. Cassius launched himself off of Hakan and rushed forward to Angel who was being helped by Rashad, his light-skinned hand reached forward and wrapped around Angel's arm before dragging her away from the tan skin male who watch in concern.

His gold eyes glare down at the light blue eyes, the bag of apples forgotten among the floor as Angel reached her free arm to grab Cassius arm that was left to his side. "Angel, what were you doing talking to that thing?!" Cassius hissed out furiously as Angel's eyes widen from the venomous tone that he used, her hand gripped tighter as she swallows down her saliva nervously, her eyes tried to look for Rashad but Cassius quickly let her arm go to roughly grabbed her chin forcing her to look at him as he growled out aggressively towards her.

"Don't you dare look away from me when I'm talking." She nodded hesitatingly as Cassius let her chin go but the glare never left his eyes. "Now what were you and Rashad speaking about, if you lie to me. You will face punishment-"

"We were talking about humans and how they destroy an entire race!" Angel yelled loudly as her eyes squeezed shut as she felt her body trembled, she could feel many eyes on them but she could sense the calculating gaze of her teacher until he breathed out a whisper that causes her to peek open one eye. "Why?" His facial features were blank as he gazes down at the nymph, the hostile feeling from him had faded but it hadn't entirely disappeared.

Both eyes now open as they look to the ground shamelessly, her white flats surround by the lush green grass then it gazes at the brown combat boots before she nervously spoke up, being careful what to say around the male. "I... I wanted to know... Why humans are... Are so dangerous." Angel lean herself on Cassius as the male let out an annoyed sigh but he didn't push her away.

"Now you know, humans bring nothing but trouble." He looked to the sky glaring at it. "Filled with greed and lust, all should rot in hell. Like the angels and the gods." He stated coldly before shifting his gaze back down. "Now besides this nonsense of humans and their disgusting personality, let's see what I can teach you how to be a human." Angel looked up at him, she shook her head causing the taller male to raise an eyebrow at her behavior until she answered his question that was brewing in his head.

"If humans are so evil... I don't want to learn to be human-" He gently lay a finger on her lips as he shook his head, his expression bit annoyed at her answer before he begins to scold her, "You have no choice but to learn, if you want to make it to the world then you must learn to act and be human. If you aren't willing to act like a human then," Angel look down shamefully as her fist clenched. "You will die."

Rashad slowly approaches the pair, being wary of Cassius when his gold eyes settled on his form. His green eyes glancing between Angel and Cassius before he found himself standing in front of the pair, he cleared his throat as he stares at Cassius feeling the hostility from the male who glare at him.

"Your trip will be a bit delay at the moment," The tall male narrowed his eyes dangerously but Rashad nervously looked away before glancing back at him. "Our group seem to have caught the attention of a group of harpies that were flying by." Gold eyes filled with confusion as they left the dark green eyes to scan the area for something until they turn back to Rashad.

"There is no mountains or trees in sight, so why are harpies sighted here?" Rashad looked over to Hakan who was trotting back and forth while the other centaurs draw their bows and ready their spears while they scan the sky for any of the monstrous creatures.

"What are harpies?" Their eyes shifted toward Angel as she quickly looks away, Cassius wrapped his arm around her shoulder as he speaks to her, "Harpies are a group of woman like birds, they are either called harpy if there is one but in group they are known as harpies, they have few human features, from their head and torso but their arms and lower body are that of birds."
