We found ourselves surrounded. There were hot guys everywhere. The was a indoor pool obviously heated. There were five guys jumping around in it along with Jack. When Jack noticed us he yelled to the guys that we were here. They all turned around and greeted us. Jimmy and Mike along with John were playing air hockey in the corner of the room. A brown hair guy with glasses on and amazing abs smiled at me. Jack didn't notice he was too busy looking at me. The others whistled and asked us to join them. Ash whispered into my ear. "Would you let me borrow a bathing suit?" I nodded and told them we'll be right back.
We got changed into my bikinis and took some towels from the laundry room. Ash was gorgeous. She had curly blonde hair with light brown highlights that went down to her shoulders. Her blue eyes were deep and added to her outstanding facial features. She had light pink lips that curved at the tips. She was thin and pale. Her black lashes didn't even need mascara. She walked with grace and confidence. She was a couple inches taller than me. She was five six the most. Which was a perfect size for her since she likes tall guys. Wearing my blue with white polka dots bikini she walked down stairs to the basement where all the guys were.
My eyes were on me. My long red hair would look almost black once I hop in the pool. My black bikini made my light tan stand out even more. My pierced nose would sting from the chlorine. I walked to the pool. As I walked in Ash was already hanging all over this one guy with black hair and a tattoo of an angel on his upper arm. I rolled my eyes. The other guys were yelling at me to jump in with them. The glasses guy was talking to Jack. Jack was obviously mad at him for some reason. When our eyes met he gave me a soft wink and all that anger left him. I ran and jumped into the air making a big splash as I landed inside the cool chilling water of the pool. I loved being under the water. Darkness filled me as my eyes were close. The sweet chill of the water entered me from head to toe. I wanted to stay under longer before I reached to the surface. I felt a little tug on my hips. I popped up to see who it was.
Mister glasses smiled at me. "What's your name miss?" He whispered. Then it took me a minute to see what Jack would do to him once he saw us but Jack was nowhere to be found. He must have left. He did say that he has a meeting. I sighed. Mister glasses cleared his throat. "I'm James Crossing."
His name caught me off guard. Did he say crossing? I looked at him to see a familiar smile that reminded me of Jack. "You and Jack are related?" I asked.
"Yes, I'm the oldest brother."
"He never told me he had an older brother." I shook my head in disbelief.
"That's because I'm his Step-brother." He bit his lip and came ever so closely to me. "We don't really see eye to eye since I'm twenty three and he's twenty. The age difference is always in the way. I remember I used to be like him. Then I realized partying and watching meetings was kid stuff." He laughed cruelly.
I nodded. Afraid to say anything but I had to defend Jack somehow. "I disagree."
He looked at me surprised. "Is that so?" He raised an eyebrow.
"I think what divides you two isn't age or the family business. It's your personalities. Sadly your personality doesn't match up to Jack. Your acting like a jerk thinking Jack has it easy. No one has it easy. Now grow the hell up and when you do we can talk like friends Mr. Hotshot. "I got out of the pool and dried off.
"I never got your name Miss!" He yelled.
"It's Abigail."
I was resting in the car with Ash. We went supreme mood with the shopping. We were tired and worn out. Sadly she convinced me to buy some sexy bras and bathing suits. I rolled my eyes when she suggested the idea but I couldn't say no to her considering she brought it up five to six times. We went to about ten stores buying whatever we thought was suitable since we just got our pay checks. I hit the lucky street. The stores on Sixth Street were having a sale. I found a plain grey dress with purple straps and trimming at the bottom. It was casual and cute so I decided it would be nice to have something like that. It was a dress shop so Ash got the same dress but in a different color. She got a light pink dress with black straps and trimming.
