I slept at a cheesy motel with bad lighting, no television, and no heat. I was shivering the whole night but could withstand it. The next day I went to the back and took money out of both accounts I have. I found a medium empty restaurant and bought it. I bought paint and went to furniture stores. Guess what it's going to be? My own club Not very inspirational but it will do. After all the parties I've been to I know how to beat the one I work at especially after working at one. I bought cozy velvet chairs with red wood tables. I painted the walls dark purple and put black tiles as the flooring. Then I did a chandelier as the lighting and had a working company install the bar. This took four days mainly because I didn't sleep every day until I got something done.

After a week I finally got an apartment but had no money to get furniture for it since I spent so much completing the club. As of today it's finished. I also have a machine to make wine in the kitchen. I'm making a winery company. I don't have any employees yet. I started making the wine myself. I taste tested it every day. I finally got it right. I made it like that and got ten bottles done. Now I have to come up with a name. I named the club and company "Panic Velvet." It was different. I liked different. I realized I'm not the same person. Unlike my old life I've learned to stand up for myself. I may still be the partier sometimes but that doesn't define who I am.

Now I had to find a company who would ship my wine to stores and support the club. I thought about Jack's company but they don't know where I am and what I'm doing. Unless James looks for where I live in their police records which means sooner or later they'll find me. I shrugged. I'm restarting over. I checked my phone and there are calls from everyone every day. I should at least call and say I'm okay. I planned to but not today. Tomorrow I will mother I promise I will. I stood outside my club trying to put up my sign. People on the street asked what the place is going to be and I told them. It's going to be a club and I'm the owner. They told me how surprised they were because I'm so young. I was flustered. I can't tell them what not to say.

I haven't been at work so when I came in today people looked at me weird. Some smiled. Others didn't care. Ash and Richard ran up to me and asked where I've been. I told them nothing as I walked up to the manager. I told her that I quit. She didn't say anything but nodded and smiled. She realized it was for the best. I smiled back and we hugged each other. Ash just stood there in deep shock. I walked out of the building and straight to my car. Richard and Ash will tell the others what happened yet another reason why I should call. I went up the stairs to my apartment. It's small but I love it. The only money I have I need for food. Today would be taken out Chinese food as a reward for getting almost everything done. When I got to my apartment James was leaning against the door.

"It's been a week and a half. No calls to tell us your fine. At least the other two times you ran away you were with someone we knew. Now you're living on your own. That's quite a position you've put yourself in." He said.

I rolled my eyes. "Would you like to come in or not?" He moved away from the locks and I opened the door.

"No furniture?" he questioned.

"I've been busy."

"Oh right I heard your starting your own club. How's that working for you? Find a company that can support you yet?" he barked.

"That's none of your business." I mumbled.

"You can always ask-"

"Don't even suggest that idea. I've already thought about asking Jack. I want to do this on my own."

"You're taking a leap of faith." He sighed. "But I understand how you feel. I was in the same position but did my own thing and now I'm a police officer. So I'll support you as long as you do well."
