Anyone can be a father, but do you got what it takes to be a dad?
A father impregnates the mother and is gone without a trace
He leaves his duty for something amusing
A dad waits as mom gives birth to their offspring, but he's there for her
Am I old enough to be a dad or a father?
Kids are scary
kids are daunting
kids are a big responsibility
etcetera etcetera
We don't need both parents, mom and dad
We can have just one and be truly blessed
A mom who loves you
A dad who would kill for you
That's the difference we should all learn
At the end of the day, there's always going to be a mother to her kids, but did she raise them?
There's always going to be a father to his kids, but did he protect them?
I'm going to be a dad one day...when the time is right
Side note:
A father is the male parent who's biologically responsible for conception and ultimate birth of a baby, while a dad is the father who supports that child by providing parental care, food, shelter and clothing.
Mother is the person who gives life to a child. Mom is the person who gives her life to the raising of a child.

Can you tell the difference?
