“Maybe it's the intake of why the feel is so hazy.”
“Halsey, the singer?”
“No, hazy the feeling.”
My eyes are too heavy, I'm too busy getting readyPerforming in front of the world, center stage in front of everyone
Stage fright can be a solving fix, do you have any solvent?
I kid to you, but I don't want any right now
Too busy with school, more like college
They grow up and get out – that's what we do
People change and leave
It's all more of the same to me
Watched others fall through, watching others falling through
You understand?
I don't believe you're reading
Life is funny, we have comedians to thank
Action–packed, movies bring that
We binge and watch, Netflix is where it's at
All the commodities, all the experiences
Young or old, we stay ready for anything and everything
Fifty states in our country, but we're all still divided
Equality won't be reached, so you can stop protesting in the streets
Minutes cost, dollars spent
For what?
Reds are all around, my favorite color actually
I can't deny the allegations
It bleeds true, I need a tissue
Band-aids aren't enough, meds won't do
Forget the rest, may God bless you
