"HARMONY!"

Luna galloped toward her sister, but it was too late. Harmony tripped over a rock and tumbled over the edge of the cliff.

Harmony was falling back first. Her legs flapped like flags above her. She mane and tail were slapping the her muzzle and legs as she descended to the forest below.

All poor little Luna could do was stand and watch as her sister descended to the towering trees below her hooves.

Then she finally got out of her frozen state of awe. She spread her wings and jump from the cliff edge after her little sister.

She closed her wings then to collect speed. Tears flew past her face as she dove faster and faster.

Then she was almost to her little Harmony, but they were getting dangerously close to the trees.

Luna couldn't give up. She just couldn't. Her little flightless sister was counting on her.

Luna reached out with one of her hooves. Then she remembered she had a horn. She tried to use it, but she still has trouble with magic. Luna reached again for her sister.

Luna tried to shout something to her sister, but the winded whipped at her face which stole her voice.

Then for the first time during this fall, Harmony smiled. Her smile was of acceptance and reassurance. More tears fled from Luna's eyes as she soon realized that her sister was fine with the thought that she was gonna die.

Harmony's body was encased my the trees of the forest. Her smile was the last thing to be seen by Luna.

Before she could hit the branches, Luna spread her wings. A few flaps and she was hovering over the last place she saw her sister. Tears ran down Luna's cheeks and she morned her sister.

Then she quietly flapped her way back to the castle. She knew it would never be the same without the one's happiness from this single pony.
